Went to the Brown Hound for Easter brunch with the family. I'll get right to the point, the food was incredible, the service was a fantastic and the atmosphere at the MAG was great. Went with 2 Adults and 3 kids and there were plenty of a selections for both breakfast and lunch fare, with the waffles being the standout. They simply were the best I've ever tasted. The wait staff was super attentive and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go back, and we won't be waiting until next Easter :)

This place is all around a good spot, and they are very busy. Staff were friendly, food was good, coffee was great. My problem is their menu is very limited for brunch and doesn’t have very many breakfast options. There are people in these reviews that talk about corned beef and hash, or eggs Benedict. Neither were on the menu when we went. I had chicken and waffles that were very good. Overall it was a fine place, I would go back.

We had a wonderful family reunion brunch and our waitress, Julianne, was AMAZING! We had several changes to dishes, extra add-ons, special requests with dietary issues and a large party, but she nailed it! Everything came as ordered! And she was so friendly and attentive! The food was amazing and the atmosphere wonderful! Thank you for a really special meal and attention to service!

The server brought out a cuppa coffee to my son, and said oh be careful the mug is chipped don’t cut your lip! She didn’t bring milk or sugar and we waited 25 minutes for her to come back to the table to request a new cup.We asked if we could sit downstairs, and the server said no I’m the only one working we got to the top of the stairs and she said oh, you could’ve taken the elevator, because I use a cane… I wish she had told me that before I walked up the entire flight of stairs!

Tucked inside the Memorial Art Gallery, we hit this restaurant for breakfast, and it was delicious! Steve West was playing live music and he was great, too!

Went there today for breakfast. We were totally blown away! The service was top notch and the food was outstanding. Very enjoyable place to sit and eat and visit. The handicap accommodations were a godsend.
Beautiful surroundings but uncomfortable seating. The food arrived lukewarm to cool. For the price, it was a poor breakfast.

We made our way to Brown Hound after the location we planned to have breakfast at was unexpectedly closed. We didn’t have a reservation and luckily we were seated right away. We ordered drinks and waited a bit for those, which was more than okay because everything on the menu sounded incredible and we had a hard time deciding! Prices were a bit high, but what I expected for the location being in the MAG. Food did not disappoint and my Bloody Mary was deceivingly large.

Had brunch with a large group here. The food was delicious and came out relatively quickly for the size of the group. The french fries had great seasoning on them!! The server was nice but spread way too thin running from the kitchen upstairs down to the atrium tables where we were, so service lacked (not her fault necessarily). Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was beautiful! Live music was a nice touch. The gallery bathrooms near the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner.Parking: Parking and entry into the building were a little confusing, but not bad overall.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility was amazing since we were seated in the first floor atrium. There were ramps and plenty of space around our table.

Believe it or not, there is such a thing as too much service. The wait staff can be overattentive, frequently breaking into the vibe of trying to comfortably engage with your companions. Also, I highly recommend that the band turn down the volume. Who wants to compete with that at 10:00 a.m.? And the food? Good, but not remarkable at that price point.
