Been coming here for years since I was a kid and can’t say enough about how INCREDDD the bagels / food is here. Not to mention the service is outstanding!!!! Shout out to Madison for absolutely slaying this morning w my order!!! Do not hesitate to stop in for breakfast or lunch - you will not be disappointed!

Oh no, my Bruegger's you have let me down and I'm so sad to say it. I love my western with no bacon, but this one was just no good. And not to any fault of anyone there, because the service was great and it was really quick, but the bagel itself tasted like mold. My first bite really threw me off and then I took a nibble of just the bagel itself and I knew it was the culprit. I had to throw it out after this bite. So sad.

I've held off on reviewing this place before even though I've had several poor experiences there, since I've worked food service and know firsthand that you do everything right behind the counter and still have things go wrong. But it feels like every single time I come here, something new goes wrong. The drive through takes twenty minutes despite there being only three cars ahead of you. They once closed in the middle of the day and only put up a tiny sign on the front door, so there ended up being a massive line up of cars just idling in the drive through. They get my order wrong constantly, extending the time I have to wait there. Today was the last straw - I asked for two poppy bagels with extra plain cream cheese. They gave me so little cream cheese that it was actually sheer; I could see bagel through it. It might have been legitimately be less than half of what they usually give. Can't help but notice that I got charged for extra, anyway. And this was after they gave me the wrong order the first time I asked - I even reminded them that I got extra cream cheese as they remade them. There's just no excuse for this.

Wow, what a horrible experience! Are these prices for real?!?!? I was charged $13.26 for a sandwich and a coke ($3.26 for the coke lol). The sandwich was the smallest bagel sandwich I had ever seen! Is this some type of a joke?!? This place will close soon… Avoid it, it’s a ripoff!

Came here as I would stop in bagel jays when in the area. I understand they just opened but the wait was 25 minutes for 1 sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. I get my bag and get all the way home to realize that I have someone else's order. I return 3 days later to complain and I get nothing,no sorry, and get blamed for not calling or returning the day of. I will not be going back to this place. Also the sandwiches I did get weren't good and the amount of meat on sandwich was minimal.
Was going to give this place a shot, pulled in not realizing they closed at 2pm. Parked the car, got out, watched an employee hurry up and lock the door and go back in and pull it shut without saying a word. She saw me walking towards the building. I got back in my car and looked at the time, 1:59pm. They aren’t supposed to close until 2. I wouldn’t have ordered once I saw they were closing but the polite and human thing to do would be to say “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re closed for the day”. What they did instead was so very childish.

Bruegger's want you to give them business but basically kick you outside after you spend money at their establishment! I have decided to give my business to Einstei's Bagels their always friendly and you can sit and enjoy your food without getting kicked outside into the elements!!

Super friendly service and love using the free coffee deal on their app. There can be a wait during morning rush but that's expected for a breakfast place.

What a pain! I’ve been in this drive through for almost 20 minutes and I ordered two toasted plain bagels with egg and cheese. Every day it’s slow but this is just silly. I would drive away but I already paid. No one even acknowledges or apologizes. They just came out actually cold without even melted cheese. Super frustrating.

Ordered turkey chipotle club on plain bagel at 11:20ish today, ate half.. it tasted great.. went to the gym next door and within 30 minutes my stomach started feeling bubbly and I was in the bathroom for the next 30 minutes likely frightening anyone within earshot.. I just got out of the gym feeling like I better rush home. ? not happy. This was the first thing I ate today... so not about something else.
