Yes, this is sincerely the BEST breakfast sandwich I've ever had and am so glad I stopped in. We got the Farmhouse which is egg, ham, bacon and garden cream cheese on a hash brown bagel. O. M. G. So delicious, just amazing.
We also go French Vanilla coffee (I got hot, my partner got cold brew) and it was nice and rich, super flavorful coffee.
Overall just a delightful breakfast, really felt like a luxury meal and for the both of us the total was ~$20.

By far the best bagels and veggie cream cheese. Also got plain cream cheese and honey walnut. Bagels were fresh and tasted good. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Instead of simply trying to instill a good work ethic and attention to detail, it seems Bruegger's just wants you to amend and improve your review of them. Just get on with it Bruegger's!

I have ordered twice for pickup. The food is great but my cold brew drink order has been incorrect both times. I would order a vanilla cold brew and have been given caramel instead. I’m not sure if it’s an error in the system when receiving my order but that’s really the only issue I have had. Other than that my food is always delicious!

Mother's day bagels were flat! The store is dirty! It will be awhile before we come back

Came in today 5/3/25 to get 3 bagels and an oj. Completely disappointed to was 14 dollars on 3 bagels that were burned. Did not realize this until I was already home. I will definetly not be back. This is a Complete lack of customer service.

We have gotten breakfast sandwiches from here once a week for like a year or more, but unfortunately I think we’re going to have to go somewhere else now. Multiple times the eggs have had so much pepper they are inedible for our kids, and really not enjoyable even for the adults who don’t mind pepper. My husband asked last week if they could do no pepper, and they said no. This much pepper is not acceptable. If we weren’t on a tight morning schedule getting to school and work I would have taken them back and demanded a refund. Now we are cooking eggs at home to put on our kids’ sandwiches, which completely defeats the purpose of getting take out breakfast Sammie’s…and they are not cheap!!

I love this place so much. I am originally from a place in the U.S. that has Brueggers locations. I have lived in Canada for 20 years. Every trip home to the U.S., I hit up the local Brueggers and stock up. Best Bagels and Cream Cheese in the world. My whole family is Obsessed!

DO NOT PLACE A WEB ORDER! I watched 30 people come in, order and get their food before me. I waited for 30 minutes in the store for 2 toasted bagels. Then the employee had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I asked for a second time if it was coming.
EDIT: AND THEY DONT RESPECT THE SCHMEAR!

This was one of my go-to omw to work spots for breakfast until the last few times were disappointing and frustrating.
The last 2-3 bagels I have gotten were borderline doughy and there was one time I felt the egg was nearly an inedible amount of undercooked as well. This was never a problem before.
The employees are wonderful, but some of the customers in there from 6-9am are ridiculous.
These ❄️s need to learn how to handle a mask and some colored hair without staring and making ignorant comments. 😂
