Bruegger’s was a solid experience. The bagels were fresh, with a nice variety of flavors, and the sandwiches were enjoyable, though not particularly memorable. The service was a bit slower than expected, but the staff was friendly, which helped make up for it. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick bite, though there’s some room for improvement. A fair 3/5.

Place used to be good. But every time I have gone my bagel is burnt and sandwich is never cut even when I ask and sandwich put together so sloppy I can’t even eat the sandwich

Ordered pickup from their mobile app. Said 15-20 minutes to get it. I picked it up at the 20 minute mark and my $10 sandwich is completely cold to the touch. Meanwhile the hashbrowns that came with it are hot. Really disappointing. After I microwaved the sandwich at home it was ok. Not going to get higher ticket items here again because I don’t have time to wait in line and I can’t trust them to keep my food warm during their pickup window.

These sandwiches (breakfast bagels) were the best I ever had. I haven't tried the lunch menu yet but look forward to it. Very clean lobby and counter area. Employees were very professional and helpful.

Ate two bites of a hash brown and started feeling sick. Couldn’t get through two bites of the breakfast bagel I ordered and I had to stop because my stomach was in pain. It’s 5 hours later and my stomach still hurts. I will never eat here again. I’m not sure if they use old oil, but I don’t have issues at other restaurants that serve similar items, or even pizzerias that serve pizza, subs, etc.
I went into one of the two unisex bathrooms, and it was absolutely disgusting. The sink was spotted with brown spots everywhere, including the handles and the garbage was overflowing. It was despicable, and I was appalled! There was plenty of help. They were all just chatting and over to one side near the bagels. The only person that seem like they were working with the guy at the cash register who is very nice by the way! No one was wiping off the tables as people left and obviously that bathroom had not been clean for a very long time. I felt sick to my stomach when I saw that I didn’t know whether to go up to their moms and say listen you might wanna go in there with your daughters because the bathroom is disgusting! I did call the Monroe county health department to let them know! I’m sure it will be up before they get there to do their inspection!
