BTB Wood fired Pizza Bar & Grill

Got the nachos as an app, and was basically the same as my nachos at home- melted cheese blend, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Surf and turf was decent, but potatoes needed seasoning. Fish fry was AMAZING. Large piece of fish, tons of fries (lacking seasoning), and the tartar sauce was so good. Service was great, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

We were travelling from out of town with a sports team, so a large group of kids and parents (35+ people) and they were one of the only restaurants to take our party.

They were very well organized and the service was phenomenal. Our visit was on a Saturday evening. There was a DJ and music , it was an upbeat atmosphere. By the time we were leaving there was a night crowd and the patio was open.

Absolutely awful service! We got the wrong food delivered to our door. When we called to get a replacement they were extremely rude. They then told us they don't delivery, like we didn't just get your food delivered. They then continue to reply to reviews saying they don't delivery. Please see screenshots showing the opposite. DO NOT ORDER!

Responding to your post. Please see picture that is included. Isn’t this your website that says order online delivered straight to your door? I think you are confused.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. Long story short, they messed up our online order that we ordered directly on their website and then refused to give us a refund because they “couldn’t get into the system.” Weird how the manager of the store can’t get into the system to refund it. Do NOT order delivery on their website. I have never heard of a restaurant not being able to issue a refund. There was no apology and we were spoken to as if it was our fault. They just lost our business. We will not be going back.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and included "no cheese" on the description, which I've done with countless pizza places in the past. I called right after to confirm that they saw "no cheese" and the person on the phone confirmed that it was on the ticket for the order. We got our food and the pizza had cheese. So I called as soon as I got it and let them know that I was the one who called to prevent the error but it happened. No apologies. Instead, it was "but I saw no cheese on the ticket." Confused by the response, I asked if I could get a re-do especially since I was mad hungry. She said okay and I waited for another 50 mins because I thought maybe it was taking awhile. I called and asked what was going on with my food, and they said "it's ready." Confused, I asked when would it be delivered then. The employee said oh no, they couldn't deliver the re-do of the pizza I had delivered that was wrong. My friends and I then asked to speak to the manager because something wasn't adding up. Manager M. said that they couldn't assign a driver because we ordered through door dash. We reminded them, no, we ordered on your website not through door dash. They said they couldn't assign a driver. After another awkward pause of no apology or offer for remedies, we asked if we could just get a refund. Unfortunately, they said, manager M couldn't get into the system to give a refund. But they did ask if we wanted a credit. Given this experience with handling dietary issues, I said I didn't want a credit but wanted a refund. They couldn't do it until tomorrow and so they would call to let us know if they could do the refund tomorrow. They did offer a credit again but I declined. I really just wanted to try their pizza for the first time. This is one of the weirdest customer service experiences I've had unfortunately. Hopefully we get our refund tomorrow...I'll keep yall posted.

Just ordered door dash, dont do it, burger was totally burnt and no fries for 18.99, wtf, horrible food quality

As seen on Eat Local Ny, this was our first stop in Rochester from Syracuse today. This place is legit. My son and I ordered the breakfast platter for 2. The amount of food is so insane, plenty for 3 ppl. Everything on that platter was absolutely delicious, everything cooked to perfection. We will Absolutely be back. When are you coming to Syracuse?

Had the Crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks and they were amazing! They were apart of the spring specials and my family highly recommends. The portion sizes for eveything was great, everyone left with a togo box and our server was SO nice and helpful. We will definitely be visiting here again! ❤️

My first time trying, about 2 weeks ago. I ordered a burger meal with fries, and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese (to go). Let me just tell you that mac and cheese was amazing, and it hit all the right spots😋 (i did not eat the burger, but was told that it was a delicious burger!!) Besides the food being delicious it was displayed in the containers as if it had just been garnished to go on a plate and out to the dining room. And the women who took my order, and cashed me out, was the sweetest!! She chatted with me while i waited for my order, and inbetween her customers, if i could remember her name, i would directly give her a shout out!! Would definitely recommend this restaurant, and i will definitely be returning!!

Don't bother with this place!

This place has the best burger! Flavorful, juicy, pink, all the things! The fries are so hot and crispy too! So good! The pizza is on point! I enjoy the food here a lot!
