It's a Burger King, you kinda know what to expect. Or at least you hope to know. Large open layout Burger King, situated in a dying strip mall parking lot. Pop in for a quick meal. Ignored by the three plus employees and or managers clocking in or out at the register. Rang my order at the self kiosk. Finished and paid. After a couple of minutes, one of the employees did speak to me. "I'm sorry. We don't serve that item at this location " Wth? I understand it's just a drink and maybe you don't get much call for it, but it's on your menu. Your kiosk let me order it and pay for it! If you aren't going to carry something, take it off your menu. Other that that, it's Burger King

I’ve been coming here for five years, and I don’t think this location gets the praise and attention it deserves. It is the best example of how to run the franchise I’ve ever seen: food is always consistent and the people who work there are AWESOME. Some days they offer the only smiles I see for my entire work day. Whoever owns this should teach other franchisees how to operate because this location is superior… Especially when considering the high volume. Would rate higher if I could.

Went with my family to this location when we walked in some worker commented on how she wasn’t going to take “ all those people order someone else do it “. My food had hair in it. When we asked for extra sauce since it was a lot of us she was rude and said she only is going to give us one don’t recommend this location when another family walked in with about 8 people she quickly ran to the back because she didn’t want to do her job Location was dirty rude workers food wasn’t good.

My wife came last night and she Ordered 4 Whoppers and when she got home the Whoppers were not Good the Burgers were burnt the rolls were so Dry we couldn’t even eat them we had to throw them out also this is the First Bad Experience Ever with this location and there was alot of mayonnaise on them with nasty Brown Wilted Lettuce.
Hopefully we can have them Replaced

Burger was hot , fries were horrible, my sprite needed to be changed in-store because the flavor was horrible , switched with a hi c . Only come here in the day time not at night and it was only 6pm

We went through the drive through and reiterated our order directly to the team member 1 hamburger only kethcup,1 hamuburger ketchup and pickles, one chessburger plain. After this the recipt still said 2 hamburgers no mustard and one cheesburger plain. the food we got had mayo onions on all of them and no cheese and pickles on both burgers. I called the phone line and was meet with a repitive beeping sound. The food was cold on top of it all and reeked. I don’t hold the workers responabile burger king runs an outdated system and does not train their emploeyees clearly. The only good thing I can say is the plaza and road its off are terrfifc and riddled eith better options. Five guys pay three more dollars than a whopper and you get twice the patties and ten fold quality wise. Stevies dinner is better. Hell shake shack.

Have it your way! Except they don't follow what you do or do not want on your order, why would they ever follow their own slogan. Food is alright, most up front employees are kind unless it's the large woman who stands at the ready food station. She is very rude and condescending if you come back with anything wrong with your order. I'll go somewhere else instead.
