Spend $40.00 on 2 double whopper with cheese meals just to get them home and have no cheese and the burgers are over cooked.We have given this location more chances than they deserve to get it right and they continue to be bad.No more chances.This location is 2 minutes from my house, but we will be going to the Long Pond/Ridgeway location from now on.

Wasnt busy waited in drive thru for 20 min with only 2 cars in front of me. But waited cause my son wanted a sonic toy. Just to get home and see him disappointed cause they never put a toy in his bag. This isn't the first time we've had missing items from an order. I normally dont complain or leave reviews Im just gonna sit at window and pull eveything out my bags and double check.

The food is GARBAGE... The inability to measure, rationalize ingredients is ridiculous. Ordered no ice, got ice, coke tastes like Dr pepper. Why were my Halfsies drenched with SALT?!? I'm not experiencing bad health, my taste buds are working just fine. You can see the salt atop the rings and fries. Order was cold, under a PRIORITY delivery, and a healthy tip. PLEASE PLEASE STOP THEM WITH THAT SALT SHAKER! DISGUSTING

Okay so, I had take out. It took about 30 minutes for my food to come out. I was starving!!! The wait is too long. Every time I go here this happens. Don’t recommend!!!!!!

today I went there and they were mad screaming at each other because of their lack of efficiency. Even the girl that was taking care of drive through was yelling. Even though the atmosphere was not great I did not give a crab about their discussion anyway, that’s not why I’m on here. My review is about the service and the food. I ordered two $5 dollar meals with whopper jr. the guy that took my order took it right, I also asked for one doctor pepper and a sprite but since is self-serve when I went to grab them the whole machine was full of water and had only 2 drinks available which were not the ones that I needed. I asked the lady for new drinks from the back and she returned me a cup that was wet in the outside which I find gross. My food was not even what I ordered I had two cheeseburgers with bacon instead of a whopper, my nuggets tasted weird and were bagged together even though they’re two different meals and the fries were cold and dark from the dirty oil that they might be using. I also ordered two ranch and never got any.
