Okay so, I had take out. It took about 30 minutes for my food to come out. I was starving!!! The wait is too long. Every time I go here this happens. Don’t recommend!!!!!!

today I went there and they were mad screaming at each other because of their lack of efficiency. Even the girl that was taking care of drive through was yelling. Even though the atmosphere was not great I did not give a crab about their discussion anyway, that’s not why I’m on here. My review is about the service and the food. I ordered two $5 dollar meals with whopper jr. the guy that took my order took it right, I also asked for one doctor pepper and a sprite but since is self-serve when I went to grab them the whole machine was full of water and had only 2 drinks available which were not the ones that I needed. I asked the lady for new drinks from the back and she returned me a cup that was wet in the outside which I find gross. My food was not even what I ordered I had two cheeseburgers with bacon instead of a whopper, my nuggets tasted weird and were bagged together even though they’re two different meals and the fries were cold and dark from the dirty oil that they might be using. I also ordered two ranch and never got any.

Forgot some of our food! All of the fried food smells like an ashtray, dirty grease. Not good go somewhere else
I would like to complain. The service at Burger King today was not satisfactory. When my friend requested the zesty sauce, the person taking our order replied with ‘of course you want the zesty sauce’. That caught both me and my friends off guard. It was very out of pocket and quite rude. And THEN. My friend had to wait a long time for her fries. I know if my good friend, Jacob, who works at this establishment, WAS working at the time, he would not have let that slide. I give it 5 stars because he is holding this place together

I ordered a big fish meal at drive-up Burger King Mt Read Blvd. Rochester, NY Monday evening. The meal was horrendous! The fish filet was dark brown, which I DID NOT ASK FOR! The chocolate milk shake I ordered had Vanilla Extract added to it. I saw the employee add it to the cup, which I DID NOT ASK FOR. It also wasn't blended with the chocolate syrup completely like it should have been. The french fries were partially too dark. I took one bite and it was horrendous, disgusting. I had to throw it away. WHAT A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!! IT COST ME $11.58. I DIDN'T GET IT MY WAY!!!! Ann from Rochester, NY

We went there last night and we wanted two whoppers, large fry, 4 piece fiery chicken fries and they asked if we wanted cookies and we said yes, it was a 30 min wait, we got to the window and we see two girls just standing there talking while there's a long line in the drive through, and then one of the employees repeated the order to us and they put whopper jr and we told them that was wrong so we had to pull up and wait even longer for our food, they hand us our bag and we didn't get the cookies or fiery chicken fries so my boyfriend goes inside and they didn't have any cookies and did not offer to give us anything for free due to their mess up, it also smelled like weed behind the building. We are done going there.

Me and three other women stood in line for ten minutes While the employees walked back and forth Past the register And Who I would assume?Was the manager what's on her Phone the entire time After wasting a third Of my lunch break standing in line I.Decided Two leave and go to Tom what's almost in the same parking lot It's called fast food for a reason I will never come back to this location again
