Great location. I had a special order whopper and they nailed it, and the fries were freshly cooked. Very clean and bright dining room, and the men's room had been recently mopped too.

If I could give no stars, I would, these employees are rude as hell! Poor customer service! Makes us pull around when there were no cars in drive through behind us! lol I work at a fast food place and we would never treat our customers like this! Never told us our total! My husband ends up going in to get our food because she tells us to pull around which we couldn’t because there was already someone pulled up in front of us waiting on their food. We were the only 2 cars here so yeah! He goes in to get it and the girl hands it across the counter and not only says nothing but doesn’t apologize for the wait or us having to go in when they were supposed to bring it out! Do better Greece BK!! This is unacceptable

I ordered delivery from this location and my order included a honey mustard wrap, when I bit into the wrap I found a piece of plastic bag inside. I was offered a coupon for the whole situation when reaching out to costumer service but this can happen to anyone so please check your food beforehand.

Been coming to this location for years. I don’t know what happened to this BK but I pulled a strand of hair out of my whopper after a couple bites! I was at home so I just threw the whopper in the garbage. Disgusting!! I will never eat at this location again!!
I was told I had to wait for my food for about 5 min, i had to be at an appt, and couldn't wait, they refused refunding me when I asked and the Mgr yelled at me for wanting a refund, and I left w no food or my money I'm calling corporate and will not go to that BK again, on Spencerport

Best fast food service in the area. Top notch! Never had an issue with any orders...EVER!
I ordered 2 impossible kings and somehow ended up with 2 southwest... I don't eat mayo or bacon. I don't see ads for BK often and didn't even know there was such a burger until googling it. I thought that the regular impossible was vegan and the king was vegetarian.
