Its burger king 👑
I live right down the street from this location and have visited them many times since they opened. The people that work there are very kind but unfortunately I can no longer visit them. My orders are constantly missing items or wrong. When I ask for refunds for missing items corporate constantly refuses to help. I am deleting my app and will be spending my money at McDonald's and Wendy's: I never have issues with our local franchise locations with them.
Every time I’ve gone here my order has been messed up or extremely poorly made. Now I go to a different BK, even though it’s 2x further from my house. As many others have noted, this is hands down the worst on in town.
Order twice now after 10pm and got the correct order once. Drive thru is slow. Understaffed at night and every night for some reason. Food was warm at least. Heard the morning through dinner crew is good, the night/late night is bad.
Rude staff. Vulgar language loud enough to be heard in the lobby.

Ive been to this location various times and cant recall having an experience like the one I experienced this evening. Customer service etiquette was non existent. There was no courtesy, staff didnt acknowledge our entry or even take a moment to let us know they would be right with us. The manager on duty kept huffing and puffing about the work and having to deal with people; speaking to her staff she stated she didnt care whether the people in drive through went somewhere else. When one of the staff member in the back saw me waiting, she came to take my order and the manager stopped her and told her, we need to wait. Shortly after, my five year old son started to say he was hungry and when the assistant manager heard him, she felt it was suited to let him know she was hungry too, instead of apologizing for the long wait. The manager finally took my order and turned away from me before the receipt printed to be handed over to me, which it got stuck and she was completely oblivious to the fact. When my order was finally ready, she shouted the order number as though I knew what is was, since she was still unaware that the receipt was stuck in the machine and she never handed it to me. No thank you was given from anyone. While sitting in the dining area I overheard the manager grunt out how she hated people, with no care of who would hear her. The entire staff appeared miserable and with a manager like her, I can understand why. If you dont enjoy working with people, wouldn't recommend working in the fast food industry. The owner of this location should be ashamed of having people as such, working for them.

actually the worst bk i have ever been too, they are so slow and usually mess up our order. today, we waited over 35 mins in the drive thru with no one in front of us and they still got order wrong after repeating it over three times

Worse experience in Burger King. I recommend to never visit here. The waiting time is more than 30 minutes.
Drive-through is the worst thing you can visit there
Route staff doesn’t help what you want and they yell at us they take like 20 minutes to make an drive-through order

Friendly and fast service, clean. Great Menu and the coffee is fresh, hot and strong only need a few creams and some sugar plus the slippy cups are innovative
