Ordered 2 whoopee jr and a chicken the girl charged full price. Manager took it off and redid the order to the trio price. And was apologetic that the casher did not put it in right. They were both very nice thank you.

Every time I come to this Burger King I live to regret it. Every time I come here, something is missing or I have to wait at least half an hour in the drive through for my order. Would not recommend

The order was correct but The quality of the lemonade was terrible, along with my Original chicken sandwich. My sandwich was not a good tasting bite. I spent 27$ just to be dissatisfied. No I don't want no discount or a apology. Just correct your business food quality or train your staff better .

Came to this Burger King. Was sitting at the speaker for 10 almost 15 mins. I had a mobile order and ordered it way in advance. I proceed to the window and am told to go back around the busy drive thru. NEVER COME TO THIS BURGERKING AT NIGHT.

Placed a mobile order. Waited about 10 minutes altogether , with nobody greeting me or even speaking to me.
I live right down the street from this location and have visited them many times since they opened. The people that work there are very kind but unfortunately I can no longer visit them. My orders are constantly missing items or wrong. When I ask for refunds for missing items corporate constantly refuses to help. I am deleting my app and will be spending my money at McDonald's and Wendy's: I never have issues with our local franchise locations with them.

Every time I’ve gone here my order has been messed up or extremely poorly made. Now I go to a different BK, even though it’s 2x further from my house. As many others have noted, this is hands down the worst on in town.

Order twice now after 10pm and got the correct order once. Drive thru is slow. Understaffed at night and every night for some reason. Food was warm at least. Heard the morning through dinner crew is good, the night/late night is bad.
