Ordered a whopper meal after driving for 6 hours long. The whopper and fries were perfect! The atmosphere inside is also chill and cozy and the staff are nice, though perhaps a little bit understaffed from my observation. Overall, I am satisfied.

First time going here, never again will I ever at this location. I ordered the $8 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and coffee. I asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half. Well the hash browns were luke warm and soggy and the sandwiches tasted like onions. They were cutting onions then cut the sandwich, they weren't edible.

Bro I just waited 10 min at the window for my food, got the bag and left. I didn’t check the bag. When I did, I DIDNT EVEN GET MY BURGER THAT I ORDERED???? Like I waited all that time for some fries and mozzarella sticks and 4 cookies when I only asked for the 2 for $1???? Now I’m 20 min away and I’m not going back for me to wait 10 more min for my burger. I’m just confused on why it’s so hard to out a burger in a bag. I used to work in fast food service and it’s not that hard to do. Especially when it was as dead as it was. Do better.

AVOID. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant occurred here.
Staff was rude from the moment they spoke into the drive thru speaker. She then proceeded to make my breakfast burrito, but only added MAYBE a quarter of the ingredients that should have been in it.
And when I went inside to complain and ask for it to be remade? She raised her voice and talked over me whenever I spoke. She refused to refund my order or remake it. She wouldn't let me get a word in, and eventually I walked out.
BK customer support was less than useless - they offered me a coupon to use, but it disappeared from my account and I never got to use it. They refused to replace it.

Almost every time I come here to this specific Burger King, it never fails to disappoint me. 9 times out of 10 I order thru the app and there’s usually no one else in the line besides me, but yet somehow my order is wrong or missing items.

I have been to this location three times. First time was great. Second time was a little slow. Third time took 25 minutes for 1 combo meal and an extra order of fries. We were the only order on the screen until an online order came in a few minutes later. No communication from the employees about what was taking extra time, one employee facetiming while making food. It takes a lot for me to get annoyed with a service worker because I spent ten years doing it, but the third visit was truly painful.

Got a double Whopper meal there around 1pm today. The guy at the window was pleasant and courteous. The double Whopper was barely warm at all. I wasn't sure if it the temperature was luke warm or cool. The bun was not soft and was flaky. I was on my way somewhere and couldn't turn back to let them know. I will not be going back. It may have been just a fluke but I seldom eat fast food and when I do, I expect it to be hot, very warm at least.

Absolute disaster. Fruit fly infestation at the ketchup machine. No exaggeration, it’s a swarm. They looked at me with blank stares when I told both employees and the manager. Tables are always dirty. Food takes forever and is terrible quality.

It's burger king so expectations should be starting there. However, the fiery bacon whopper is quite good. It reminded me of something that I used to get at Red Robin in terms of flavors and size. So it gets 3 stars for now instead of two. Otherwise price, poor customer service and predictable flavors would have it at two stars imo.

Whether I've ordered take out or delivery, this place never fails to send out food like Noone will complain. It's disgusting... I'd love to show pics but it doesn't allow me too. Twice now, and there will not be a 3rd.
