Stopped in for late dinner hour before their closing. Place was clean compared to other BKs. Had customized the sandwich to have it cut in half and the cook actually did it which most of the time is missed by other locations.

Burger Kings vary wildly by location, go to Jeff road this location is terrible. They had a good opening crew but haven't had them get an order right since. The staff seem to hate their jobs and their management isn't much better.

They don't listen to you. I've been going to this location consistently for a few years and as of late July 2025 it has not gotten any better. They chat among themselves and ignore you, they put the order in how you say, then do whatever they want with the actual food. Sometimes my family laughs at how messed up the food can get, other times it's genuinely frustrating. Order here if you want mystery food and a confused look from the staff.

Came in on the 4th of July. Me and my fiance stood at the counter waiting to be helped for quite some time. Pretty sure the manager rang us up and got our food. She had a terrible attitude, acted mad that we were there, terrible customer service, and she knew the fries were old and awful but gave them to us anyways. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. It was a disappointment to say the least... I wanted a refund. I won't be going back... I would recommend not going to this one people!

I am done. Everytime I come here they always make two mistakes. They did not mix the milkshake properly. They did not add napkins nor did they add manera sauce.

I just waited for 30 mins after ordering my meal, 6 other people got there meals before I did. They skipped over my meal as if I didn't even order it. Then they could not even get my meal right. I asked for certain ingredients to be removed and others to be added, they could get that right nor could they even give me the sauces I asked for. This is why I stopped going to this location!

They always have a problem when you visit this restaurant. You have to pay attention to the food; they give it to you just the way they want it, and the spoiled supervisor has to tone it down a bit if you're treating her with respect.
We went through the drive thru. There was one truck at the first window, no one in front of them, we were the only ones in line and no cars in the parking lot. They took our order (whopper meal and double cheeseburger meal) and then asked for a name, which we thought weird. Took about five minutes for the first window to cash out the guy in front of us who was there when we pulled up. We got to the window and the kid seriously looked maybe 12. But we got our drinks and we pulled forward and we were promptly handed our food. I did a quick check and we pulled away. Fries and onion rings both were kinda undercooked, but some were hot and they were edible. My husband had no complaints about his whopper. My double cheeseburger though.... One piece of cheese, no pickles, and hardly any condiments. Also it was small, like a kids burger but with two patties. Very disappointed. Spending $10.00 a meal.... At least give me what I am paying for. Anyway, not a bad place, just maybe employees that lack training or experience. Overall not the worst we have experienced but definitely not close to the best either.

Stopped going to this location when I was waiting for my food and heard a manager talking badly about newer employees because of personal reasons outside of work. Very unprofessional and feel bad for anyone that works at this location for someone like that. Was a women manager, unable to see her name. Do better if you want business to run better specially at this location. Will not be going back any time soon.

Ordered a whopper meal after driving for 6 hours long. The whopper and fries were perfect! The atmosphere inside is also chill and cozy and the staff are nice, though perhaps a little bit understaffed from my observation. Overall, I am satisfied.

First time going here, never again will I ever at this location. I ordered the $8 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and coffee. I asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half. Well the hash browns were luke warm and soggy and the sandwiches tasted like onions. They were cutting onions then cut the sandwich, they weren't edible.
