Spent $40.00 less than 10 minutes ago. 9/3/2023. Did not receive all my order, food was cold and thrown together. Attempted to contact restaurant 4 times back to back, No answer. You got the right one on the wrong day. Corporate will be hearing from this unsatisfied customer.
This is the worst store to order food from. I asked for 5 French toast sticks. They have a 3 piece and 5 piece. The cashier asks me do I want 5, 5 piece? I didn't ask for 5, 5 piece frech toast sticks? I get them...they were mushy and 1 torn apart... I couldn't eat it... I thought maybe the 1st time it happened...It was a fluke, because I ordered a 5 piece, but was given 3 pieces and they were mushy...! But this is the second time?! They are mushy!! I like BK French Toast Sticks!...read full review
Not this BK… 4 out of 5 times there and burgers are a mess. Mustard/ketchup all over the outside of the bun.
Today it was mustard AND the bun was BURNT!
