Waited at the counter for a few minutes for some one to take my order as I wanted to use a coupon (I don't think you can with the kiosk).When associate took my order she was very polite.

First of all, I don’t even know when the last time I made a review was but I HAD to be extra about this one. Ordered delivery from here and someone, who I assume cannot read and cannot follow directions, missed half of an order. I’m not a rocket scientist, counting is hard! But if there are 2 kids meals and other items on your screen and you only have 2 kids meals (without toys btw) in the bag, the order isn’t done! But I’m a reasonable gal, I reported it on the app and expected to get my money back or a coupon. Nope! They missed SO MANY ITEMS out of my order, I have to wait 24-48 hours for a reply! In a panic, because I’m hungry, I called the store to see if I could just have someone pick up the items. But the final straw was when I called the store and the automated message HANGS UP ON YOU whenever you tried to give feedback! As a former fast food manager, I don’t know who is running this location and I don’t know what illiterate person cannot read orders and put them in a bag, but it is absolutely insane that this can’t be simply reconciled. Anyway, this location didn’t deserve whatever remodel they got recently and it probably should’ve just closed.

This place is absolutely shameful, takes 10 minutes per car and employees clearly have zero desire to be there at all. This place should be shut down and replaced with something that will actually benefit this area.

The staff don’t care to get things done in a timely fashion, I’ve seen their staff outside smoking blunts instead of helping fill orders. This location has so many issues, their dumpster is absolutely disgusting to drive by. Management needs to step up, same with corporate, if this is how you let your staff treat your business then you need to find new staff.

I waited outside the door for 30 minutes after they told me to order online, they refused to handle my order and I lost out on like $30 dollars worth of food while I just stood there staring at the ringing the button, and also the lady with the red(?) weave taking orders was super rude tonight, please do not spend your money, the young gentleman with the dreads appeared to be helpful, he ended up just ignoring me

I stopped there on my way home from bowling and went through the drive thru and I got the Bacon King and 2 orders of the 8 piece cheesy tots (my favorite) and onion rings and 2 chocolate shakes and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I got home and was eating and halfway through my bacon king I got a long piece of hair and that ruined my meal. I think anyone working around food should wear a hair net.
