Literally the worst Burger King. And dont even bother door dashing from them. Literally didnt give us half the food we ordered after we had already had a rough day so thanks for that.

Went there today for lunch to get a whopper. Asked for cheese on it. I sat down opened it and realized there was no cheese. When up and for if fixed. Open it up again there was no onion or ketchup on it either. Staff said they were out of both. I asked for ketchup packets and I applied the ketchup myself. Took one bite and the sandwich was freezing cold. Got up for a third time and just asked for a refund. The manager said she could not give me a refund. She gave me a card to call a hotline. The staff then mocked me and laughed at me and made jokes about it.Sat back down and called the hotline. I was told someone from corporate would call me. I got cold old food and was harassed by the staff. It's fast food whatever no big deal. The fact that I have not received a refund is insane. I wish more human beings would take pride in themselves and get a job that benefits and makes the world a better place. Obviously burger king does not care about their customers or employees. I have also used this experience to look at myself and understand that I have to be better. These corporations are poison and so is the food.

Love whoopers but the new place in Humboldt doesn't know how to make them. It was dry with one little piece of green, 1pickle that was a end, small slice of tomato. Wow what a disappointing burger.

The service here is a hit and miss. But lately, it’s been lacking a lot. From proper greetings to absolutely slow service. I feel bad cause I like this location and I’ve gotten some very good service in the past. I just prayed that maybe just one day, they would change their view of life and start appreciating their job and the customers that comes in to their location.

I just went there for a drive-thru and I ordered online the pickup. It took a little over 20 minutes in total to get our food. It was a drive through, and there was only one only one other car that ordered along with me. We were told after being given our drink and waiting for 10 plus minutes, to drive around wait for them to wave us over from the drive-thru window and then drive back in the drive-thru to get our food. The whole dance took about 20 minutes it was so frustrating but I could see there was probably only two or three workers in there which is difficult, but they only had two customers
Horrible service. Had to wait 30 mins for an impossible whopper. Used the drive through to place the order and then was asked to park and wait for someone to wave to comeback the drive through to pick up the food. What kind of FAST FOOD service is this?

I don't go here often but when I do it's always a long wait time. Even when I ordering ahead of time via the app. The service is really bad as the employees seem to either don't care about the job their doing or just don't right hate giving good service. I won't be going back to this one that's for sure

Had the worst experience here with food poisoning. Went with a group of folks on Saturday night and 4 of us got sick from the food. Not sure if any one else has experience this but I spent the next day throwing up everything I put in my system, including water. I couldn't even keep water down.
