Go anywhere but here, stopped for a drink . Order two diets and they gave us two regular cokes. Then got pissed and talked smack to us when we asked for them just to change it. He came to the window and said he’s not fixing the second drink. So I said because you mess up I have to pay for it? Then a women comes to the window and she runs her mouth. I’ve just never experienced anything like it. The place will be closed soon hopefully. Never have had a good experience and everyone who works there act like a bunch of savages.

Waited in the drive thru for 12+ minutes and no cars moved. There wasn't even a car waiting for food at the window... They weren't taking orders at the speaker so there was no movement. After 15ish minutes, I was one of three cars that left the drive thru who decided not to waste our time anymore waiting in line. Feel bad for the 8 cars who stayed.

Don’t wast your time and money, poor customer service and that’s they drive thru , food was not fresh and it looks like they just threw it together. I tried this location be cause of convenience close to home. No thank you !

Everytime to come to this Burger King and Monroe, they always forget my cheese and bacon on my whopper when I ask and even after I reassure to have it on there. Also messed up my daughter’s plain burger with bacon and patty only by putting condiments on it when I specifically asked for plain with just bacon added. Customer service is great, but come on now. Every time is crazy.

I only use the drive thru's.I do prefer the flame broiled flavor of Burger King burgers over all other fast food burgers.And i love the crispy chicken sandwiches (I do prefer the old chic sand sauce much better though).The new halfsies is great! but the onion rings are often soft/under cooked (kind of gross).The drive through employees spiel has improved lately -12'23. Leaving little room for 'individual attitude'. So that's nicer.Honestly, sometimes the food's not hot enough (the burger patty isn't hardly warm) I've started ordering things 'well done' to hope that they're at least fresh & that the fries might be crispy (which is rare!).Overall, still the best burger!Vegetarian options: I'm a meat eater, but i tried and I like the impossible whopper - tastes the same as the flame broiled whoppers. Only specifically vegetarian option that I'm aware of.

This is one of the worst Burger King a bunch of chatty patties in there literally and sandwiches always cold never fresh even when you request it. I can’t wait until it closes and chipotle or something healthier moves in. Disgusting and I try because of constant coupons and it’s close to home. But they need management up there on every shift.
