Mickey and I had a tradition—every night, without fail, we’d roll up to the Burger King in Rochester, NH being the hugest fans of the legendary Hershey Pie. Mickey, my four-legged partner-in-crime, was always the real star, working the drive-thru staff with his big eyes and shameless pie-begging skills. They may not have known us the longest, but they sure treated us like they expected to see us as the night before. Even on our last visit together for they did not know what was to transpire that next early morning, their kindness and warmth stood as always, as it should. They did not just hand over food they served up genuine smiles and never once judged me for enabling a dog with a probable Hershey pie addiction . Mickey and I always ordered two Hershey pies, no questions asked. And that’s a tradition I refuse to break . No matter what, ill always get two one for me, one for him ”and for a second, I’ll still glance to my right and tease him like I do, as if hes there, plotting a pie heist from beyond the grave. Chick working overnights at the window was the rudest person I've ever met in foodservice and thats saying something. Giving me a nasty look, a shitty attitude rolling her eyes and slamming the window midsentence... tried to double check order because we are working doordash and before we could even finish saying that we had the wrong order she walked away disregarding we even were saying anything. So we had to go back through the drive thru and wait, Then when we gave the food back after a 20 minute wait we watched them hand the exact bag we gave back to another person in the drivethru... gross.

I am not happy I placed an order today 12/03 around 3:00 pm these people forgot my 10 peice nugget !!! Forgot my kids SpongeBob toys like they can’t be serious order was 40$ and they sure as hell didn’t forget to take the payment I will be filing a chargeback because this was not okay at all !! I’ll never order from here again then took over a hour to give the food

I pulled to the window as the service person seemed to be arguing with the car in front of me, he took my order with slight attitude. After I pull forward and get my order I was waiting about 5 more minutes for the large frozen coke I ordered, just to be told by another lady, again with attitude, that their machine was down and shutting the window before I could even think of asking for a refund.

I don't like how the remodel organized or should I say disorganized this location! It needs another overhaul! There is one register for cash only, and if you want to use your cards, there are 3 kiosks! The live person on register isn't always up front. They just happen to see you from the back!
Burgers was undercooked and onion rings tasted like they been sitting since they closed originally , drink machine taste like battery

Very nice update the food seems better. The staff is kind. I will say when I go there is normally no staff at the counter and they have the machine but some people are old school so they need to order at the counter. I don't have anything bad to say. Great Renovation 👍🏽
