I pulled to the window as the service person seemed to be arguing with the car in front of me, he took my order with slight attitude. After I pull forward and get my order I was waiting about 5 more minutes for the large frozen coke I ordered, just to be told by another lady, again with attitude, that their machine was down and shutting the window before I could even think of asking for a refund.

I had a conversation with Ai about Mickey I asked it to give Burger King a bit of a thank you.. unfortunately it fell a bit short.. I’m sure I talked about it on a app like Quora or medium , not important but here is my version….. this is the end of our talk..

Mickey and I had a tradition—every night, without fail, we’d roll up to the Burger King in Rochester, NH being the hugest fans of the legendary Hershey Pie. Mickey, my four-legged partner-in-crime, was always the real star, working the drive-thru staff with his big eyes and shameless pie-begging skills. They may not have known us the longest, but they sure treated us like they expected to see us as the night before. Even on our last visit together for they did not know what was to transpire that next early morning, their kindness and warmth stood as always, as it should. They did not just hand over food they served up genuine smiles and never once judged me for enabling a dog with a probable Hershey pie addiction . Mickey and I always ordered two Hershey pies, no questions asked. And that’s a tradition I refuse to break . No matter what, ill always get two one for me, one for him ”and for a second, I’ll still glance to my right and tease him like I do, as if hes there, plotting a pie heist from beyond the grave. Thank you for not judging for ”Mickey is a legend in his own right just like the pies protecting the good we all have inside us but that most will never know until you take that first bite!! “These two pies are mine now, but I cant wait for the day when life really starts!” “- We we all be dead too!-🙃” And when you roll up to Burger King in the After-Beginning of Life after me, of course asking for a couple pies! Mickey will be at the window, smiling with an apology “Two Hershey Pies? OVER MY DEAD BODY!🙃” Not sure if you agree? (Hey a side point you would not believe what we did a couple nights later) he didn’t have too much to say but we had a fun night as always and yes I teased him, he had a frozen ( literally!) smile on his face and I know what he was thinking!🙃

I don't like how the remodel organized or should I say disorganized this location! It needs another overhaul! There is one register for cash only, and if you want to use your cards, there are 3 kiosks! The live person on register isn't always up front. They just happen to see you from the back!

Very nice update the food seems better. The staff is kind. I will say when I go there is normally no staff at the counter and they have the machine but some people are old school so they need to order at the counter. I don't have anything bad to say. Great Renovation 👍🏽

I come here late at night for my “lunch” because I work overnights. Every time I come through, the lady who takes mor order and cashes me out at the window is always so friendly and kind and remembers everything I ask for down to the sugar packets at the last window that were for my McDonald’s coffee!! Now open 24/7 and with an amazing night crew, I highly recommend this Burger King and give a big shout out to the amazing night crew staff!
I'm not sure what is wrong with these people but they need to stop getting high at work because there is no other reason i can think of that they can be soo ignorant. They say the heard your order but when u get it it is wrong so they make it again for you and still get it wrong. Also the food is cold more often than not. I was really hoping after their remodeling it would have been better, but no, because its the employees who are definitely the problem. Its not a hard job yes i did it when i was 16 so no excuses except that they are lazing , ignorant and have major attitudes!!!
