Horrible experience.. All of my food is cold… just some food for thought. Late night fries and nuggets should be made to order I wouldn’t even feed this food to my fir babies!!!!!! I guess il have sleep for dinner…

I was upset because the cashier took the orders of ,2 people who just walked in front of me but the manager that seemed over work kept his composer took good care of me and everything was ok . But he needs better

They make every car in the drive thru move into parking spaces to wait for their food. It's so they can cheat the clock to make it appear as though they are fulfilling orders at a faster pace.

Went in last Friday evening with a coupon and was having a difficult time utilizing the coupon on the self-order kiosks. There were complications with the register that evening, and the self-order kiosks do not have the ability to enter coupons. During a busy Friday shift, Alexis was kind enough to try and see if there was a way to enter a coupon (which there wasn't) however, she was kind enough to process the order (and coupon) on the drive-thru register.I used to work in food service, and if it were me on a busy Friday, I wouldn't of done extra work especially during the evening rush. That was very nice of her and I am very appreciative of it. Other than that, I am in here frequently due to me working next door and I don't have a bad thing to say about the service in general.
