Plastic in my burger. I went in looking for a mobile order The individuals at the counter did not acknowledge me and the person who walked in after me ordered at the counter received their order and I finally had to walk up to the individuals at the counter acknowledging my mobile order.

It is nice that they are open 24 hours. The food is ready in minutes for pickup. Typically it is really good. On this occasion, the bun was very hard and dried out.

It's okay, decorated up the wazoo for Halloween but tables, bathroom, drink bar & floors front- sitting area & back cooking area were visible dirty. Also our order for here, two meals was not correct. It took a while to get service to order at the pay station (w/ cash) vs the electronic kiosk.

I've come here about 8 times they've had me pull around and wait for 15 minutes atleast 6 out of those 8 times, for literally 2 whopper meal orders. Terrible service.
