My favorite place to go for lunch. The employees are very friendly and I rarely have any problems with my order. The prices are reasonable and it’s a much better alternative to Wendy’s down the road.

Every single time they make me “pull forward” to wait. Even when I order online and take 30 minutes to get there… somehow it’s not ready and I have to “pull forward” and wait another 20 minutes. It doesn’t take that long to make chicken nuggets, they just forgot about me. Then I get home and part of the order is missing. All burger kings suck but this one is so awful

Literally the worst fast food place you could possibly go to. They want to get paid but not do any work that involves moving..literally. They will ignore you just so they don’t have to take your order. Couldn’t even order two burgers without getting attitude. This is the only store I refuse to go to anymore. Which is sad because their “job” is easy. How embarrassing. They are super sloppy and rude.

Recently visited several locations in my Rochester NY area for the poorly advertised Adam's family combo. I was charged a total of $49 just to confirm the actual items I wanted. No substitute option and cashier purposely allowed a standard order never verified fries or onion rings so of course she missed my requested churro fries and shake of which I thought was the point of the combo. I had both manager and assistant manager offer everything but to reduce the cost of the interaction. Upon my leaving the store both managers choose to pick up tools to repair a door. I opted for a second exit and was screamed at by the manager and told I could come her way and she would give me her corporate manager number. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN AND LOOKING TO FURTHER ESCALANTE THE MATTER FOR SEVERAL REASONS. I door dash so Upon placing the items in my warmer ALL WERE NOT FRESHLY MADE NOR TEMPERATURED AT ALL BUT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET OUT TO ME. WESTMAR PLAZA ROCHESTER NY Floors were filthy and store was not friendly
I put an order in the drive thru at around 515 today (16Aug) for two kids meals and a couple of other items. I was told to pull up to the doors to wait for the nuggets to cook. I waited for ten minutes, then saw an employee deliver what I presumed was my order to the wrong car. I waited a few more minutes and an order was brought to me, not mine. After a few more minutes waiting for them to figure it out I walked in and asked. They said they thought I drove off. Really? All apologies no effort to make things right. The shift lead looked absolutely overwhelmed. In the thirty minutes I was there there was maybe six cars and a few people checking out inside.
Find a different location if you're craving burger king.

It was very clean and the food was fresh and fast who doesn’t love a whooper I got one with cheese and bacon no pickles or onions I like to put my fries and extra ketchup on my whooper and the Oreo milkshake was so delicious
