After always hearing about Macarollin's, I finally had the chance to try their Buffalo Mac & Cheese and Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese at an event in Canandaigua--and it definitely lived up to the hype!
Starting with the Buffalo Mac, the creamy cheese sauce paired with just the right amount of buffalo heat created a perfect balance that was flavorful but not overwhelming. Topped with chunks of juicy chicken and a hint of blue cheese, it's ideal for anyone who loves that classic buffalo flavor.
The Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, on the other hand, was comfort food at its finest. The richness of the cheese sauce combined beautifully with the tender pulled pork, creating a smoky-sweet experience in every bite. The pork was cooked just right, bringing a savory depth that elevated the mac and cheese beyond the usual.
Both dishes were indulgent and perfectly executed. I can't wait to find Macarollin's at another event soon! Highly recommend giving these a try if you get the chance--you won't be disappointed.
We booked Macarollin' for a back to school event this past week and were so pleased with the process. It was very easy and we found the owners and staff very engaged and communicative. The food was delicious too! We would definitely work with them again!

This food truck serves delicious creamy Mac of different varieties. My favorite is the pulled pork Mac with the Korean coming in a close second and actually I haven't had a bad one. Macarollin can usually be found at many festivals. Give them a try!

My daughter and I had your food at the Canandaigua Chriskindle festival yesterday. We threw it in the garbage. The bacon was greasy no cheese sauce on the noodles just terrible! We were very hungry too, I felt it was so poorly made, try a true cheese sauce.
