My kids and I went on a snow day. So much fun for all ages. Would recommend to anyone. I think the prices were fair considering places similar to this downstate are much more expensive. The owners/employees were super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

I don’t live in Rochester, but during a trip we found this place on Google and decided to check it out with our friends. The place is amazing. I had last played Zero Latency in NYC, so seeing it here honestly surprised me in a good way.

Inside, there’s also a golf simulator, claw machines, pool tables, plus a bar and food. We had such a great time with our friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and even though the place hasn’t officially opened yet, everything felt complete and well organized.

The toys in the claw machines were especially cute we literally filled our backpacks, and it was very affordable. They even gave us a free backpack!

If we lived here, we’d definitely hang out here every weekend. If a place like this existed in NYC, there would be a line out the door. People living in Rochester are really lucky!

This place is alright. I’m pretty sure a lot of the claw machines are scams, considering how much money I spent just to win one small plush. But then again, it is a claw machine place, so that’s kind of the point. Personally, I’d rather just buy a plush online (like Amazon) instead of spending money here—unless you really enjoy the thrill of claw machines.

Another thing that really threw me off was the VR games. They’re around $45 per person, which is honestly crazy. Yeah, it’s VR, but that’s still extremely expensive—especially when some of the games don’t even let you restart if you die. I saw a cute couple playing a zombie shooter VR game, and less than 20 minutes later they were already done and gone. For $45 per person, VR should last way longer than that. That’s a lot of money, especially in this economy.

The pool tables were also in rough shape. They were uneven, and the pool cues were completely beat up—no tips on some of them and others were missing the bottom. It made it really hard to actually play. On top of that, the foosball table didn’t even have a proper ball. When we asked, a worker handed us a ping pong ball to use… which obviously doesn’t work since it’s way too light 😭

One more thing that confused me was the grand opening. The place is already open, but the grand opening isn’t for another two weeks? I saw a family trying to exchange their plushies for something else (they had a lot), and the workers told them no and to wait until the grand opening. That didn’t really make sense—if you’re already open, why not just let them exchange them? It felt pretty unfair, especially since the family seemed really excited.

I rarely write reviews unless an experience is pretty bad, and I honestly feel like this one deserves it. Please improve your service, take better care of your games, and overall just fix the issues mentioned above.

Fantastic place with super friendly owners, a top-notch claw machine section, and lots of pool tables (plus a snooker table!). Great vibe and hands down my favorite place to hang out in Rochester.

Awesome amount of claw machine with decent win rates!

One suggestion to keep it now sustainable and have return customers: A trade up station with official or unique prizes to trade in smaller prizes from the machine. Right now we might go a few times a year as the prizes are just OK, but if they're was a trade up station, we'd be there a few times a month!

Highly overpriced, $23 for a double of Jack Daniels that was poured as a single is a little excessive especially in a plastic cup. Maybe because I'm in the same industry and have been for a while I just expected to get what I paid for, not a shot poured over crushed ice in a plastic cup lol. But before everyone thinks I am cheap I still tipped the bartender because I felt that they are hard up for money. And if you check i have only left like 1 review in my life so let that be the scale of what I encountered. It's not always the 5's that tell the truth.

This is the place to go when Dj’s Salsero or Pabony are hosting dancing events.
