We were 3 of the 4 people in there. They forgot to make our food, then brought an ice cold meatball sub to the table, after a second try. Per the smell in the air someone was apparently on a weed break. Really? After 40 minutes we gave up and got our money back.

We have been here 2x. Both times were a hit. Majorly good stuff. (My wife also said to let the world know they have some of the best fried bologna ever!) Everything is made fresh and to order. The guys behind the counter are great and helpful if you have questions. They have breakfast sandwiches and subs. You will not find a better deal on Park Ave.Parking: Small lot does fill up at times given stores around it. However, you should be able to find something here or close by.

Had a few questions on the menu and the staff was great!Got the shaved steak sammy and it was amazing! Roll was the same! Didn’t disappoint.Other order was an Italian sammy “custom” and he loved it.

Haven't even finished my meal and I'm writing this. Tommy Gun hot sub - so delicious. Cheesey Eddy cookie sandwich (Jane doe-light) is so good and I'm not one who generally gravitates towards sweets.Parking: Two entrances, on Park and Goodman, corner lot

Always fresh always good! Highly recommend any sub they make. Great bang for the buck and three different sub sizes. Mini is perfect for me and husband always has a large. Fresh ingredients!Check them out!

Food is good, the guys working the counter though are the reason to not come back. Much more interested in talking to each other and their friends than making a sandwich. 30 minutes for two sandwiches when there was literally no one in the store was a bit much. I've just learned that I will avoid this location and actually make the entire drive out to the other location because it means that I will actually get my food in a reasonable period of time like those two little at home rather than having to wait almost 40 minutes and still have my sandwiches be wrong

If you haven’t had a shaved steak sib from here………you are missing out! Quality bread and all contents cooked to perfection and not to mention…..consistency every-time! And if you order a large…be ready for a nap!

After a morning of hiking when my husband and I were visiting our friend, she brought us here for sandwiches and they hit the spot.My favorite was the Italian we got. My husband and I got two sandwiches expecting to split them for lunch, but they are huge. It was plenty of food for the the entire day.

Today 9/9/23 was the worst service I have ever received at to date. Waiting 20 minutes to be told that my order ticket was lost "I don't know what happened to it"; to then have my order for food miraculously appear is an embarrassment to an otherwise great deli.The staff was rude and inattentive to my needs after placing the order. I was asked after waiting 15 minutes if I "wanted to cash out", when I had paid for my food at the time of order.When asking an employee behind the counter to check on my order, I was basically ignored.I have had good device in the past and perhaps today 'was just one of those days' but I will think twice about going to Calabresella's on Park again.

Excellent sandwiches!! So many food and drink options. Employees were very helpful and patient. Very clean dining area with lots of windows and natural light. Highly recommend stopping in.

Let me start off by saying that I have been the customer of calabresella original location in Gates for a while now. The customer service has always been great there.I had a horrible experience with the guy who works here who is supposedly the manager!Right off the bat he was extremely rude when I asked about the menu.I bought this small sub which was 13$ for which a transaction fee was charged. I asked him about it as it is not common to charge a transaction fee at any other place.Him: Arrogantly responds YES they do You do know about it! And walks away after charging my card!I asked him for a receipt.Him: The transaction is done I can't give you the receipt.I asked for the manager.Him: I am the manager I don't give receipts! And starts talking to someone on the phone ignoring me.I asked if there is a list of veggies toppings that I could add to Sub.Him: We don't maintain lists here. What do want to add?At this point I was very agitated by the service I requested for a refund.Him: I can't give you a refund the card is already charged.I asked him to call the owner and check on the same.Him: owner is not responding. The owner does not know how to print the receipt or give the refund either!At this point I decided to get the sub and walk away and decided not to go back.It is very surprising that restaurant staff/ manager is1. Not trained on how to print receipts2. Don't know how to void the transaction or give a refund3. And is Disrespectful the customer and is extremely rude.This is such a disappointment for a person who has been regular customer at the other location!
