Enjoyed an excellent meal last night with my wife. Berry salad was the perfect starter. Lobster ravioli with white wine cream sauce and langoustine lobster tails was scrumptious. I had the cioppino special and the broth was spiced just right for dipping with the garlic bread pieces. Clams, calamari, and mussels were tender and tasty. Salmon was a nice addition. We let our server make several wine choices that we enjoyed. Service was excellent and attentive. Pistachio cake dessert was a nice finish. We will return soon to try the honey lemon scallops and several of the shareables.Highly recommended!

One meal had to be sent back as it was severely undercooked. Both meals were lukewarm at best, and lacked flavor. Just an overall underwhelming experience.

I came here for my friends birthday, in advance we let them know there was going to be 7-10 people. They set the table but only gave us 1 menu to share between all of us. Then they took 20-30 minutes to bring us our drinks. We actually went to grab the drink menu and saw 3 server's just talking and laughing in the back while we waited for WINE, it's a wine bar and they still couldnt care less about giving us our drinks in a timely manner. Then they brought out our entrees that were cold. Our server was non existent, she came around every 30 minutes and we were all there for like an hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately this was not the greatest experience but the food will make up for their lack of service.

I'm not sure what happened last night! We went a few months ago & loved this spot. Last night, the service was so slow. Waitress forgot to give us menus, it took 25 minutes to get our first round of drinks, our appetizers took forever, red sauce tasted like jar sauce, our food came out at different times, and all the food was cold! Not at all like my first experience here

Despite the busy location, this restaurant never seems all that busy, probably because it's more expensive than most other East Ave restaurants. I was with a group for drinks/snacks, so just had the polenta parmesan small plate. It quite good--polenta was cooked appropriately (though not fried in a way to make it as "crispy" as promised), the tomato sauce tasted fresh, and the fresh mozzarella combined with each polenta rectangle had the perfect amount of chewiness and warmth. Very expensive for what it is (probably twice the price of any other restaurant nearby [except Max's] for a comparable amount of food?), but if you want to pay for the ambiance, then why not?

Hubby and I went to capri for my birthday dinner last night and it did not disappoint!!! Cutest atmosphere —not too loud —food (ribeye, arancini, sweet and spicy shrimp and Caesar salad) was out of this world!!! We had the sweetest server and we ended the night with the tiramisu! A wonderful evening — will be back with friends and family! Sorry couldn’t get a pic of the tiramisu before it was GONE! Delicious!!

We found this gem when we were walking in the neighborhood. The waitress was so nice. She checked on us often to make sure we have what we need. We tried fried shrimp, which was crispy and paired well with the sweet sauce. The fried artichoke heart was a little greasy but good seasoning. The salmon sandwich was good. Overall was good experience. We will go back for happy hour.

This place has a nice atmosphere, lounge music , attentive service, really great food, and really great desserts. Highly recommend the roasted beets with fried goat cheese and the squash blossom crostini, the Paparadelli, Bolognese was delicious, and the pistachio cream dessert was outstanding. We will be back.
