The pizza was amazing. I cant exactly explain the crust. It was things and a little crunchy and it melted in my mouth. Never had anything like it.

The place reminds me of the neighborhood pizza place I grew up near. We'll worth a visit!

You want great pizza, great wings, and other great dishes!! Go to CAPTAIN TONY'S!!! Ordered food from there several times and whatever myself and my wife order it's been Fantastic!! From the moment you order there staff is friendly and get the job done! There wings are Fantastic some of the best in Rochester and wait for it there not fried but baked!!! And there wing sauce is outstanding especially the hot buffalo! There stuff shells are amazing! Fresh and always on point! My wife's favorite!! You can tell everything is homemade! Oh yeah and there pizza is pretty freaking great as well!! Great job to the staff and owner!! Highly recommend this local not corporate old school pizza parlor!!

I left Rochester years ago, but my heart remains with Captain Tony's pizza. Every time I come home I make sure to order one so I can get that great crust, the right balance of cheese and sauce and toppings, and that fantastic chewiness and crispness. Captain Tony's will always be number one in my book.

Wish I got the opportunity to try the food, but apparently they do not take discover card and do not have that posted anywhere other than a sticker on the door that just has a list of different card brands. Absolute hole in the wall who apparently thinks because you’ve been “in business for 20 years” that means everyone who moves to the area automatically knows how the business works and what you can and cannot take in terms of payment. 0/10 do not go here.

Cute place, I can tell the employees are enthusiastic, just the pizza is average to sub-par. I tried it and likely won’t be back because there’s a lot of good competition for pizzas.
