The crust was soft and fluffy and easy to chew. The crust had NO char or crunch to it at all . The pepperonis and cheese were NOT browned at all - but fully melted. It was a better after we reheated/cooked it at home - to brown the cheese slightly and add a crunch to the crust. This was not bad but definitely not great and I would not come back .
Very good tasting pizza, but it was disappointing that they don't have specialty pizzas such as supreme, meat lovers, veggie lovers, etc. Creating your own supreme costs extra for each topping. Great for Carbone's revenue, but not a good deal for customers.

We been longtime customers of Carbone's for years. This year however the flavors of the pizza is TERRIBLE. I don't know if they cheaped out and changed ingredients but I've ordered pizza 5 times this year, and each were WELL BELOW the usual quality of the past. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE BETTER INGREDIENTS/ RECIPE.

Always a winning pizza and wing combo. Pricier but worth it. The double dough pizza is 🤤. They also offer subs and other items but we usually stick to the classics. Pick up only, no delivery.
