Great pizza place, great taste, had an order mishap but the chef was very concerned in making my order right so quickly correcting my order,making me forget my frustration and that to me is great customer service,
The crust was soft and fluffy and easy to chew.
The crust had NO char or crunch to it at all .
The pepperonis and cheese were NOT browned at all - but fully melted.
It was a better after we reheated/cooked it at home - to brown the cheese slightly and add a crunch to the crust.
This was not bad but definitely not great and I would not come back .

Very good tasting pizza, but it was disappointing that they don't have specialty pizzas such as supreme, meat lovers, veggie lovers, etc. Creating your own supreme costs extra for each topping. Great for Carbone's revenue, but not a good deal for customers.
