We went to the restaurant in Henrietta NY for a birthday dinner. There were 6 in the party, so it wasn’t a huge party. Steaks came out rare when ordered medium. Sent it back to be finished and it was still raw all the way through. No sense of urgency to correct the problem.

Not all the food came out at the same time. Everyone was finished when the last dinner arrived. The 2 meals were taken off the check but when the bill came the tip was based on the total without the reduction in price. By the way….who stands there when you are deciding the tip?? Rude.

This location needs help!! It will be awhile before we go back!!

Used to love Carrabba's. The chicken trio, being a favorite. Unfortunately, the last 3 times (I kept thinking I was just going on a bad day...) the food was EXTREMELY salty. For me to say that, is rare, because I believe salt can be very complimentary to a lot of food. The food was so salty, I couldn't taste the difference in the chicken trio samples. Also, the portions were so small, it was insulting that they had the gall to charge $30 for a plate of chicken! Would have liked a sangria, but wasn't about to pay $9/glass for fruity wine. This was a very disappointing dinner and felt so bad that I chose here. I actually apologized to my husband for having to pay for it. I know it's a chain restaurant, but I can see it's demise soon.

Food quality has gone down in the last month, the olive garden is better quality and cheaper.

Mary was an awesome host. A couple things came out wrong with aloud food and without asking she took care of the problem immediately. She was very friendly and gave us great service.

Had a party of 11 for my daughter's birthday. Decided on Carrabba's bc we have always had great food. Well, not sure what is going on at this location but the food was not great, service was very slow and brought out 3 of the same app sampler that were supposed to all be the same but one was missing the mozzarella sticks, waited about a half hour for those to come out. The manager was screaming at the staff in front of customers which I thought was unprofessional and ridiculous. Our waitress seemed very stressed and I felt bad for her. I got the scallops and shrimp meal. I was under the impression that they would be served over pasta. When I asked she said it was but then asked what side I wanted. She gave me the options and one was pasta. I asked if my meal was already served with pasta and she thought it was. I said I'd like fettuccine noodles with the shrimp and scallops. It came out with just scallops and fettuccine Alfredo on the plate. She handed it to me and said I know you need shrimp. Why bring it out missing shrimp? And I said why is there Alfredo sauce on here when there's the lemon wine sauce on the scallops and shrimp? The scallops and shrimp had burnt panko crumbs on them. My husband's meal came out after everyone was almost done eating. My daughter's Caesar salad was over dressed and soggy. Just not a great experience, luckily we all didn't let it bother us and had great company and a great time. That location just needs some work and most likely a new manager. We spent over $400 for mediocre food, service.

Mary was a top notch server, she noticed our steak was not cooked properly and took care of it before we needed to, she also gave the best service we have had in several years!
