There were some staffing issues that seem to have been worked out, which is a good thing. My advice is do not go when they first open, give them an hour or so.Tammy took care of us on our last visit and was wonderful. They are still doing their $10 take homes which is great deal.It's nice to see they added additional lighting in the corner table, it was too dark.

What a great place! My mom and I had never been to Carrabba's so we thought we'd give it a try. I hurt my knee so I was on crutches. Mom dropped me off at the door and from inside the restaurant, Mickey, one of the hostesses saw I was on crutches and came and opened the door so I could get in easily. It was such a a nice thing to do for me. Then Zoe and Trinity helped us to a table where we were served by Luciana and all of them were friendly, professional and charming. The food was great and the staff weree so welcoming we will definitely be back. I highly recommend eating at Carrabba's in Rochester, NY.
