A+ delicious pizza. Fast and friendly period ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust was great, tasted freshly made. The sauce was nice not over seasoned or over sauced. Great quality tasting cheese and the pizza was nice and cheesey.

Ordered a sheet pizza (cheese, pepperoni, pesto/red sauce mix,) and twenty wings. Was told the sheet would take an hour to prepare. An hour passed and my meal was ready to go!The grilled bbq wings are in a league of their own, I highly recommend that you try them!

Pretty solid pizza for upstate. Had good crisp and good flavor. Good prices. Owner kept offerinf various deals and combos. Was cheaper to get a full pie than all the slices we were planning on.Granpa, son, daughter, son in law, and granddaughter all enjoyed.

we ordered pIzza & wings a day ahead for a birthday party. we ordered 2 sheet pizzas & 2 orders of wings to be picked up at a clearly stated specified time. on the day of the party, my husband went to pick them up at the time stated only to find they were not even started let alone ready. guests had to wait almost an hour for the food. the wings we found plain, no sauce. just a few containers on the side to "dip". ridiculous!!! there were no apologies given, let alone a refund, discount, or offer to make it right. what a horrible way to do business & treat your customers. what a huge disappointmen.

There should be a "zero stars" for places like this. A letter to Chester Cab Pizza, Park Ave Rochester, NY (yes, I wrote them) I will never order pizza from your place again. We ordered 2 sheet pizzas and 40 wings the day before an event for a specific time on a specific day. When I arrived to pick up my order, IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED. I had 35 people waiting for me. It took 30 minutes before I got out of there WHILE I was double parked on Park Ave. You have to know how bad parking is on Park Ave. Without prompting, the man behind the counter began to LECTURE ME (as a reminder, I'm the customer) on the war between Isreal and the Palestinians, religion, and race. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!! THE ORDER was pre-paid for a specific time, and it was not ready, and I got LECTURED. I will be in a CRUSADE to relay this horrible experience to everyone I know personally and on every social media site I am on. I was raised in a large family of small business owners. many of the businesses we food service and ALL were retail. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the time I left. And to make matters worse, I ordered 40 wings and got three containers of sauce, and the wings had NO meat on them.

Easily among the best pizza in Rochester. Delicious unique offerings like the Bulgarian pizza, with Feta cheese better then I had in Crete. Stuffed pizza as good as Chicago deep dish I had at Exchequer. Owner is an amazing and unique immigrant with entertaining stories, and very friendly. Highly recommend also the chips and wings!

We drove 35 minutes to get a deep dish pizza. Upon arrival the staff informed us they were short staffed and “the owner was out of town”. According to previous reviews this is there “go to excuse for poor service and poor quality food “. We waited 47 minutes past the wait time that was given on the phone. Our pizza sat getting cold while they made raw chicken wings and they weren’t fit to feed to my dog! Disgusting !!! The manager said there was little he could do and refunded the cost of the wings ….. and would let the owner know to call us back. It’s a disgrace that this place is run like this and still in business and even scarier that they would send food out that could legitimately get people sick! We will NEVER return and will tell anyone that this is not the pizzeria that once held a reputation in Rochester! If the out of town owner reads this …… you should stick around because your business needs guidance, health codes upheld, and an overhaul !!!!

Upon entry, you can already tell that this please was going to be bad .Absolutely the most disgusting pizza place In Rochester. I’ve seen truckstop bathrooms that were cleaner than this. Place I don’t even understand how the city hasn’t shut this place down old food old bread spoiled meat. Our sandwich and our pizza look like they were made six days ago the toppings were obviously pulled right out of a can and just thrown on the pizza didn’t even warm them up as for the sandwich as soon as we unwrapped it, the thing literally fell apart. It was almost like the microwave the bread to make it soft ? you guys are gross and you should be ashamed I mean like what happened. I don’t want to even get into how rude The person on the phone was about giving us a refund honestly, if you’re looking for pizza, don’t even bother cause I guarantee you it’ll be a waste of money shame on the owner for letting this place fall off so badly

Most of the staff were great. That being said they have a "staff" member in there who turned off the ovens at 6pm on a Friday because he was convinced they were off, argued with the rest of the staff and kept walking around taking items from other staff claiming he was "teaching" them. On top of that, he was using his gross phone and then touching food.
