We made a mobile order at 5:20, and pulled into the drive thru at 5:23. We chose the lane on the right, which would proove to be a mistake. We sat hostage in the right drive thru line, which was at a complete standstill for 20 minutes as at least 15 cars passed us in the left lane before we even had our order "taken". The young man in the booth, after all our waiting, offered no pleasantries or apologies, just lamenting: "it's not my day, bruh". Finally we got our food after a total of nearly 30 minutes waiting, and i made it all the way home before I learned that my grilled chicken club with no tomatoes was actually made with no toppings except tomatoes. There was no bacon, no cheese, no lettuce, just tomatoes. The grill slip was correct, just the sandwich was made wrong. I could forgive waiting 20 minutes in line to get my order taken. I could forgive the rudeness from the order taker. I could forgive my sandwich being made with no toppings except the one i explicitly asked to be left off. But all of these infractions in one visit was enough to make me never want to come back.

My daughter lives in Ohio when I’m visiting my grandkids love to go to Chick-fil-A I love the quality of food there.
Last week was my first time visiting a chick-fil-a.in Rochester.
I drove from Webster all the way to W Ridge Rd in Greece…. 35 minute ride one way.
The quality of chicken fingers was awful..you get 4 pieces….. I ate 1 toss the rest away. Won’t go back.

Terrible experience. Gentleman taking my order complained about his job the entire time. Took 5 minutes just for him to cash me out. And to top it off, my receipt states a different sandwich than I ordered. Then the young lady who handed me my order did not say a single word while basically trying to shove it into my car. Terrible customer service. Worst Chic-Fil-A I’ve ever been too.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal from the counter I side. There was a lengthy delay, I was told it would be a bit longer, and would I like a cookie or brownie in my bag, a very nice offer. I waited over 10 mins but the young lady who was filling the order kept me update throughout, along with the nicely named brownie! Excellent customer service, which is all the customer wants! I didn't mind waiting!

IF I CAN PUT A ZERO FOR MY EXPERIENCE AT THE HENRIETTA LOCATION I WOULD! Your employee who didn’t even have her uniform on was threatening me with kicking me out of the store for asking clarifying questions and being verbally & emotionally disrespectful. I ordered my breakfast at 10:12am & she didn’t give me my food when I walked in at 10:32am. I showed her the screenshot and she told me my only resolution is to get a refund and that’s it. No other resolution, I asked for her name “Aisha Jones” and she provided me with THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, the most disappointing time at chic fil a, ESPECIALLY when I ordered for more than just myself.

Everything was great with the food as always, but I’d suggest some sort of heating for the guys taking your order in the Drive thru. It was <20F today and the guy was freezing.

That was the most awful Chick fil a that I ever visited with my sister
They made peppermint iced coffee wrong
They added peppermint chips instead of peppermint syrup and didn't add milk. They also didn't put tortilla strips in the bag that were supposed to come with tortilla soup.
My sister got side salad but for some reason they didn't put salad kit that has fork, knife, napkin, red pepper, salt, and pepper, when we asked for salad kit they made look that they never had it and don't know about what we talking about. Side Salad also had some missing ingredients

Went through the drive through, they got my order all wrong. I asked for delux sandwiches. They gave me spicey. I asked for a large sunjoy and got a medium. I never got the shake i ordered. The food came quickly but I was missing a shake. I had to ask for it a couple of times. The girl at the door was rude. I was told I had to wait a few more minuts for the shake. I told them the food was going to be cold by the time I get the shake. They ignored that. The food was cold and dried out. They never gave me a recipt.
