Food is great but the service is disappointing. Always waiting a long time for the food. Dining in and taking out. I’m waiting every time for a schedule pick up order, even when it is placed over an hour ahead. There were just two tables seated and maybe one other door dash order they were making? There should be to be a better system because the food is not worth the inconvenience.

I have been a fan of their food for awhile, but I also wanted to leave a review because I had some delivered recently and there was an issue with my order. The staff was responsive and nice on the phone, and I appreciate that they quickly found a solution for something that may not have been under their control. I of course will be back in the near future.
Decided to try this place this evening. My husband liked his chicken sandwich (the southern) mine was ok the classic). The coleslaw tasted like it came in a bag and the fries would be better if they were actually hot. Overall, I would rate it as ok but I won’t be back. The staff was very friendly though!

Ordered a chicken sandwich, tenders and a fry bowl on a monday evening for pick up! Tenders and Bowl were hot, fresh, and spicy. Sandwich was definitely premade though and sitting *way* too long, all you could taste was old, couldnt end up eating it :(. Can understand planning ahead for a rush but there's no way this wasnt just vibing there for a few hours and passed off to us.

Food itself was great. But let me tell you, they clearly take way too many orders and can’t keep up. I ordered 2 hours ahead of time on 10/3/2025 for 6:00pm pickup. I walked in a few minutes early in case it was just sitting there waiting and was told they are running about 15 minutes behind. No big deal, I’ll just go sit at a table and wait. Food didn’t come out until 6:30! The person who handed me my order confirmed my name and then just walked away, not a single “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for your patience” “here’s a coupon for next time since it took us so long”. While I was sitting at the table the manager walked by our table no more than 10 times and made eye contact with me but never said a word or asked if we’d been helped or wanted a drink while we waited or anything. I’ll give them another shot because the food was so good, but if it’s the same experience next time, I won’t be back.
