Despite other negative reviews, I had a great experience here today. The new honey Chipotle chicken is fire 🔥 and the staff was efficient and friendly. Clean dining room. Clean bathrooms. Thanks, crew!

EDIT - also feeling sick after eating. Ugh! Corporate's response to our experience was to offer us 2 free drinks to use on our next visit. Really? Smh. Never been treated so rudely at a business! My husband stopped to pick up lunch - 2 chicken burrito bowls. The gal making them added guacamole - which we Didn't ask for (my husband hates guac, he would Never order it). When he said something, the gal Argued with him, saying he ordered it. He told her to just leave it, thinking we could scrape it off, but she said she would have to charge him for the guac. So instead she threw out the 2 meals and started again. Didn't realize until he came home (a 45 min drive) that she also gave us black beans when we had asked for pinto. Not an experience we Ever want to repeat. Avoid this location!

This the worst Chipotle. I’m here waiting for a mobile order instead of making 1-3 at a time they have 15 bowl/burritos sitting out until he gets back to making them. It’s always very slow, and dirty. This not my first disappointment, I would say 3/10 is a good experience

Place was so dirty customer service was good they were so stingy with the food gave a pinch half scoop of rice and meat I just think it's not worth my hard earned money. They are very stingy with the ingredients wouldn't go back for awhile

I’m a pretty regular Chipotle consumer. With this particular location there’s is always an issue when I order online, particularly with people stealing my order before I get there. Today I was in a rush, I had the Uber waiting for me while I picked up my online order and headed to the airport. I wasted about 15 minutes I couldn’t afford because I got sent back in like to re-order. Please abstain yourself from ordering online as it will back fire you

I like this location because I can access it easily on the bus line. The employees always seem grumpy and annoyed and I have noticed that flipping the food in the steam wells doesn't always happen when necessary and the line gets backed up bc people are waiting for fresh items to fill already empty bins.
The food was great, but the service was terrible. You had one person making food and the other people have the ability to assist, but don’t seem like they wanted to assist until consumers that were in the store waiting for a long time said something.
