This Chipotle was a dump. Mess everywhere napkins all over the counter instead of in the broken napkins holder. No sauces or plasticware in the condiment station. Tables all covered in mess.

Pretty much all of the chipotle's in this area have turned bad in the last few years, including this one. Messy tables, seats, and floors. Garbage over flowing. Drink, utensil, napkin area absolutely disgusting and out of almost everything. Food tastes old and/or improperly prepared. Orders are hit or miss (in person order, pickup, or delivery) if the staff makes them correctly or not, with correct portions or not. And many staff members have an attitude or disrespectful about respectful concerns or are not addressing them properly. It just gets worse and worse and not improving at all. Chipotle's used to be the polar opposite of this pre-covid.

It seems like this Chipotle charge more than the others for very small servings. I just went to the Chipotle in henneritt and got the same exact meal paid like 12$ for a nice serving and come to Mt. Hope and paid more than 15$ whats going on will not be coming back
