I tried the limited-time carne asada. The food itself was fine, but unfortunately the service was much worse. The way they packed my order was careless—when I removed the lid, most of the steak was stuck to it because of the guacamole, and it ended up falling onto the table. I’m highly disappointed in the level of training and attention to detail from the staff.

The reviews are accurate; this place is really bad. Cold food, small portions, and an insane wait.

This location is a complete disaster. Went here to get two bowls, waited in line for about 15-20 mins. By the time we got up there, noticed the food was everywhere, there was chicken in the steak, plant based in the chicken, salsa in the Guac… just a mess.
The first person that started the order was not listening, asked for extra rice and he slapped a spoonful in the bowl and tossed it to the next person and just ignored me after. Went to the next person and they were rushing around so bad they didn’t bother to strain the salsa so the rice and bowl was wet. The carne was dry and in a clump didn’t bother to try and spread it out, just a nice ball of dry meat.
My wife ordered a salad and yet got a TON of rice that she did not ask for and there was maybe a sprinkle of lettuce. , noticed he did the same thing and literally flung the bowl to the next person.
There were dirty tables all over, food on the floor, even the exit / entrance door had dirty food hand prints on it, I swear it was like someone had sour cream on their hands and wiped it all over the door.
Unappealing enough to make me never want to go to chipotle again.
Tables all dirty, meat on dishes were disproportionally small. 2 bites and meat was gone. Didn’t want to argue but I’m not paying double for less than a normal portion of meat that this chipotle and others usually give. Food was clearly cross contaminated and sloppy on the other side. Almost no customers in around this time.

Poorly managed. The grill was down and couldn't take cash all in the same day. They were out of some many items... the money that walked out the door this day. Would have been devastating for owner. The guy at the register was rude to customers, talking out loud how its not their fault blah, blah no one asked, out loud saying bye bye to customers as they walk out. This was yesterday 11:30 and noon. Check the camera...a total over haul is needed in customer service and management. Fix it!

I am in the food service industry, and wanted to take time to shoutout a man named Armanda. One of the best burritos I’ve ever had! This whole place has gotten so much better the last two years, we used to avoid this location, no offense, now I’d say it’s a top 3-4 location in all of Rochester! Thank you to the entire staff on 11/15 around 3:30pm.

They are literally the slowest working people I have ever seen. It takes them more than 5 minutes to make one persons bowl and cash them out. No urgency. The management needs to change because this is wild… I have been in line for 30+ minutes with 5 people ahead of me.

Took exactly 30 minutes for my online order to be handed to me WRONG. Got it to go, so I was unable to go back and tell them my double chicken was missing CHICKEN. Yet another Chipotle restaurant failure. Reported to corporate.

That chick with the “Her.” Tattoo, gotta go. Shes always shorting people on scoops, and absolutely cannot wrap a burrito. Shes always got a sour attitude and speaks so backhanded. On the other hand, the other blonde girl, she’s fantastic. Fair scoops, always service with a smile. Wraps burritos perfect. One deserves a raise, the other deserves to get fired.

Absolute trash. No one in line won't do a quesadilla in store... But I could order it on my phone right in front of them ... Make it make sense. Haven't been since 2020 . Tried it again today thinking it might be different. Same ole story. 👎

I am so fed up with this place. I have been here so many times over the years since it's a convenient location. But the service is absolutely atrocious. Like just complete trash. They must have 20 people working behind the counter, yet the line is out the door because they insist on one employee assembling orders and serving one customer at a time. Heaven forbid another employee starts another customer's order before they are finished with that first one, halfway across the room. The person working the cash register just sits there and stares at everybody while one person makes orders. Others are just standing around. Yet they have online orders flying out the door (and according to other reviews here they can't even get those right). They only seem to care about online orders and don't give a damn who is standing in line. And they don't care whatsoever how long customers are standing in line waiting or how long the line gets. I can't believe these employees get paid to just stand there and watch one person working. It could be so much more efficient. And don't even get me started at how you could be standing in line and the person in front of you orders five different things, like they are getting lunch for everybody at work or some bs. There should be a limit to how much a customer standing in line can order at a time, unless maybe you, I don't know, serve multiple customers at once? Have you ever even heard of an assembly line? Did you know that multiple people can actually be preparing orders at once? It's true. Even two people preparing orders would be twice as good as one. Yet year after year this never changes. Nobody at this restaurant has figured that out. I can't believe you're still in business at all. Anyway, yet again after standing in line for 10 minutes while I watched everyone behind the counter watching one employee serve one person in line ordering 4 things, checking her phone to see what all her friends want on every order, as if they are standing in line too, with customers lined up to the door and beyond - I walked out yet again. So I hope you like losing customers because of how awful you are at serving them. This place is complete trash and I'm never coming back. Also the food is inconsistently good, and the place is COMPLETELY FILTHY. Disgusting on all levels.
