Due to tonight’s experience I will be avoiding chipotle for the foreseeable future. I ordered two bowls and large chip&queso, I never got any chips and was giving a small side of queso that was half full (it’s freaking $8.50 for those chip and cheese). The bowls were under filled and with extremely under cooked/crunchy rice. When I called the store to complain I was met with the automated AI asking if I wasn’t to place another order, after 10 minutes of dealing with the robot it finally put me through to the store which then proceeded to ask me for a code and then hung up on me. All and all an absolute waste of $34.

If I could give this Chipotle ZERO stars, I would. This place is hands-down the worst restaurant I’ve ever set foot in. I don’t know how it’s still in business. The place is filthy—sticky floors, messy counters, and trash overflowing everywhere. The tables were covered in crumbs and who knows what else. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. But that’s just the beginning. The staff? Rude beyond belief. They act like you’re bothering them just by ordering food. Eye rolls, attitude, and they can’t be bothered to listen. I asked for a chicken burrito, and somehow ended up with a bowl of cold rice, barely any meat, and no toppings I asked for. I tried to politely correct it, and the worker just shrugged and said, “That’s what you got.” Are you kidding me?! Super ghetto and incompetent. Don’t even get me started on the food quality—if you can call it that. The rice was hard, the beans tasted like they’d been sitting out all day, and the guac? Brown and mushy. The entire experience made me lose my appetite. Even worse, the drink station was a sticky mess, and the soda was flat. Honestly, save yourself the frustration and DO NOT EAT HERE. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their customers and serve food that doesn’t make you question your life choices. This Chipotle is a complete disaster. Management needs to wake up and either clean house or shut this place down. Absolutely disgusting.

New review 1/26/25 - Dinner plans changed, so I thought I'd give them a try after so long a break. Walk in, wait in line for a while, get up to the counter to have an employee tell me there are no "torts". How does a burrito place not order enough tortillas??? Make it make sense. What's worse is the complete lack of caring from the employees. They are just totally unbothered. Do yourselves a favor and just shut this location down. They're terrible.
7/31/22 - Placed an online order for pickup at 820, arrived at 830. Waited until 850, when I was told they are 20-30 minutes behind on orders and mine wasn't started yet. I'm seeing this same sentiment in a lot of reviews here. This isn't the first time I have had trouble with this place, and I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Now I remember why I never go to Chipotle. Ordered take out for dinner last night. I get to the store, I don't see any take out bags on the rack but noticed there were a ton behind the register. I waited for a break in the line to ask the guy for my order. The receipt taped to the bag looked correct. I get home and they forgot my chips, my side dressing and on the other order (a bowl) they added cheese when there shouldn't have been and forgot green salsa. For one, they need to have someone handling out take out orders because you have no idea what is going on when you walk in. The food was shockingly fine and that is the only credit I will give. Oh also, one of the workers there had the worst RBF I have ever seen. This location is a disaster. Do better.

Yes again, Chipotle messed up our orders. I stayed away for 2 years and thought I might try again. Big mistake, being plant based diet and they put sour cream all over the bowl. Then forgetting ingredients in the quesadilla. Last time ever at chipotle and I mean it this time.

I ordered along with 2 other people Chipotle today. The West Ridge location. All 3 of us were dissatisfied with our orders. The portion did not match the prices. The bowls barely had food in them. We all agreed to never order here again. I also will alert my other coworkers to never order here.

This is probably the most unpleasant Chipotle I've ever been to. The restaurant is beyond the pale when it comes to cleanliness. I was so appalled I didn't even take pictures which would have been the proof. The restaurant was so unclean that I'm shocked they are still open. Waitress was beyond rude as well. Placed a mobile order and wanted to just run in and grab my bag from the shelf but she snapped she needed to see my phone. Awful awful place. We stopped by after my son's basketball game and I'm really sorry I had a craving for a burrito bowl.

Had a Oder for pickup on December 26th. Ordered a Steak Quesadilla and ofc I wanted cheese inside of it. And well I don’t receive that, I was given a tortilla with old chicken and NO CHEESE. Just go to a different location these workers do not care. And in the same order that night the girlfriend was disappointed by her rice bowl because it had old rice, over seasoned mystery meat and missing other things.

This is by far the worst chipotle in Rochester. If you order takeout from them you’ll probably get 50% of your order. If you go order in the store they work at a snails pace. They have messed up my orders so many times I cancelled DoorDash because they won’t give me any more refunds. This place is awful. Tonight we got a children’s cheese quesadilla meal, we received two empty tortillas, literally empty. No chocolate milk, no guacamole, and a hair in one of the bowls. If you can order from a different location I’d recommend it.

The grill was broken, they didn’t get a delivery of corn and sour cream and queso the speaker was blown out and humming horribly, and the soda fountain was out of syrup. Trash can by the soda fountain was not under the counter so it’s just a hole to nowhere. No idea what happened New Year’s Eve but the amount of things going right for them today is much shorter than the list of things going wrong
