Awful customer service. Chipotle really has gone down hill at several locations. If it’s not the bad customer service, it’s chipotle never having anything in stock. How am I supposed to get a salad bowl with no lettuce? Or a burrito bowl with no sour cream and cheese. All together I’ve just stop going.

Bought my kids chipotle here while they stayed at one of the local hotels for a school event. The order did not come to the correct location at first and they had to wait for theor food. Not all the ingredients they selected were in their bowl and there was sour cream in their bowl yet they are ‘lactose’ and so they never order the sour cream and really didn’t appreciate having to fish their food out of the cream.
Theres actually more horrible details to write but what i want to say is HOW THE HECK IS CHIPOTLE STILL ALLOWING THIS FRANCHISEE TO RUIN THEIR GOOD NAME?!

Honestly it’s better you order in person and tell them how much food to put into your bowl. Today I did online order and literally there was no rice in my bowl. Never going to order again. This franchise just doesn’t learn about giving enough food for how much a customer paid. You rather take business somewhere else. The service and food quality was good before Covi…after that it’s just always been a disappointment every time.

The location on Jefferson Rd. Henrietta, NY There's a black guy who is sometime on cash register and sometimes he cooks, he has dread locks. He is an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE & whoever owns this location should be proud. Whether he's on register or the food line his attitude is so positive. He Smiles, he Greets customers with such a Positive introduction. Thank you.
