I went in the restaurant to place my order at 6 pm on a Tuesday. It was busy. When my turn came, I started the order for 2 burrito bowls that were exactly the same. I got the brown rice, the black beans, the chicken, asked for fajita vegetables and was informed they were out, got the corn salsa and lettuce, asked for cheese and was told they were out…. at approximately 6:15 pm, prime dinner time! The worst part is, this is not the first time this has happened. Whoever is managing the Chipotle on Jefferson Rd is either not ordering correctly or not preparing correctly.
Very disappointed.

They have run out of ingredients several times, and never had any notifications put up ahead of time. Staff was less than helpful about that, but not exactly rude. Not worth the drive and gamble to see if you'll actually get the order you want.

I had gotten there at 6pm wanting some quick food, it turned into an hour wait with half the menu being “out of stock” this location has been open for a long time and they can’t even prep the right amount of food because how are you out of a protein, and 2 toppings at 6 pm? They over charged me by a whole bowl. I walked out of there with 2 bowls and chips and they charged me for a whole third bowl.. They are severely understaffed and the staff there are rude, and under the influence of some kind… The line out the door didn’t seem to encourage them to work harder or faster. Disappointed is an understatement at this point. I will not be coming back to this location.

This chipotle used to be good, but I have no idea what is happening here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. God forbid you come on lunch or want to get a quick bowl or burrito. Your wait time will be roughly an hour to two hours. You may have to get your meal refunded if you ordered online or they might’ve lost the order on top of that the customer service is rude and non-cooperative, they brush you off as they yell at co-workers. Terrible environment simply choose your meal elsewhere.

Typical Chipotle. Long lines, because only 1 person making orders. And no one has time to clean the seating area.

I go to this Chipotle a lot. This is currently the only store in Henrietta and I have observed the following: 1) The trash is often overflowing every time I go in. 2) The seating spaces are rarely wiped down and have food residue on them. 3) When the main line runs out of an item, such as chips, they refuse to grab a bag from the online orders--I wish they prioritized the people visiting the store. All of these are fixable issues that I wish management would address.

Closes at 11pm according to website and business door. at 8:29pm was told no more rice, lettuce, carne asada, guac, sour cream or cheese for the night. The 1/2 full containers were sitting on the counter?

Location is constantly out of food. Placing orders online is never on time due to food never being ready.
Went this evening and when I walked in, while in line, I heard the lady yell out that they were out of 6 items that were out. 3 of which I wanted. I left and went somewhere else for food

Please read….Chipotle in Henrietta, Also, don’t even think About doing an online order because the food will not be ready when you get there even if it has a ETA completion time. Also, don’t even think about doing an online order cause it won’t be there when you’re ready Do this is the third or fourth time that we stopped by. And every single time they’re out of food we’re sitting in line and the supervisor mentioned that they were out of five or six different items this time. This seems to be an ongoing issue this store is not worth your time because every time you come here they will not be food available and it takes about 15 minutes for them to get it back up and running Definitely not worth your time.

Ordered take out and the online time was off by a half hour. No apology, just told we are behind. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. .
