In the last week I’m came here 2 times around 12:30-1:00 and both time I felt as if I was a burden on the employees working. It was extremely uncomfortable as they seemed pissed off just because I was ordering. I was polite and didn’t even ask for any special requests. The way the workers were talking and acting just made me feel super uncomfortable as if I was doing something wrong.

Best Rochester chipotle location IMO- they give you good serving sizes, the ingredients are nicely spaced out in the bowls/burritos, they are super quick and the quality is always amazing. Ily Monroe chipotle❤️

Out of all the Chipotle locations I have gone too in the city, this spot is the ONLY one to consistently have good food that is always hot and never cold. One time, I came in a few minutes before close to grab a late dinner after working a doubl shift. They greeting me ever so sweet and provided me a bowl from what was left of the day. And the food was STILL HOT and FRESH. 10/10 my most favorite in the city.

Food is good but I literally have to say “a little more please “ for every ingredient, and they act like it comes out of there paycheck lol. Getting double chicken here is like a normal serving of chicken at the Webster location it’s so annoying.

I hadn't gone here for a while. I ordered a burrito and was asked which toppings I wanted. The person making it proceeded to add at least one full cup of each topping (like a cup of corn, a cup of sour cream, etc. I could understand if it was their first time doing this, but it was an unmanageable sloppy mess. An extra star for a generous serving, but it was like eating sour cream soup.

This was my first time trying Chipotle in the United States. The smell and atmosphere is just like the locations in Canada.
Portions were good and staff were pleasant. Five stars is for Lydia who made my friends and I laugh during the check-out process. She was very friendly and answered all my questions without any hassle.
I actually forgot my food on the counter in the midst of leaving the store and she called me back to pick-up my order. Amazing customer service!
