Poor experiences multiple times with food that is missing multiple ingredients and made incorrectly. When trying to fix issues you are directed back to the app and can’t get a refund, just “points” to use on a future visit. Seems like a poorly managed location and best to avoid.

Ordered a bowl from Chipotle, and as I dug in, I found myself searching for the chicken—it was practically nonexistent! Just two tiny pieces that barely felt worth a couple of cents. Disappointed with the skimpy portion!

I ordered from the chipotle app and picked my order up at this location. When I got home, I noticed that all 5 burrito bowls I ordered were incorrect (some had the incorrect proteins, while other were missing toppings that were included in our order). I tried contacting the store directly as well as using their customer service chatbot to see if I could be refunded or receive some sort of coupon for this order, but I couldn't get through to the store and the chat bot told me my order was refunded when it wasn't. My advice would be do not order on the app or check each item before leaving the store with your order as you can't expect them to get the online order right.

I have ordered food here to go several times. Food is great like other places, ready when I arrive and price same as usual. A little tricky to get in and out but I am from this area and know the traffic sign is the best way to enter. Expect me to come back soon ? Also love how healthy and supportive of the environment they are (supposedly)
Love chipotle! This location is my fav! Come here weekly only ever had small un-note-ible issues like too much salsa on a bowl when only requested a little. Will forever be cousing chipotle tho.

I like the food. The location is ok but difficult to enter from the east. Left turn into heavy traffic required with no left turn lane.
All members of the staff were friendly and competent.
I find the noise level inside absolutely intolerable. The weather was decent so we ate outside. Traffic noise far less objectionable than that of the inside.
Every table was filthy. I wonder what the health department would say?
No forks were available.
All in all, unless I become aware of significant improvement to noise levels and cleanliness, I'll never eat there again.

I went in right after this chipotle opened and it was amazing!! Service was very well the employees were very kind, friendly, and gave very generous portions. Without asking they gave us cups for water and the cashier and food sever seemed very genuine. This chipotle was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you!!
