Purchased a Groupon so my kids could play and eat. Groupon is a great deal but it's so complicated to redeem. We pretty much come here for their stuffed pizza crust pizzas. The play time is a bonus. They have a good selection of games as long as everyone doesn't let their kids run around without supervision. I recommend going during the weekday or else you'll be waiting to play games. Staff is friendly but the wait time to order and buy anything is ridiculous.

I had went on the trampoline because I didn’t know it cost money my niece came with. We were jumping on it until a fairly rude employee told us to get off, I asked if it was because I was to tall he said I have to pay. But it’s not because I had to pay that I’m upset it’s because they have no one guarding it or any gates to stop kids that didn’t pay. Please fix this before it happens to the wrong set of children

Way to expensive. Some machines didnt work correctly. Nobody walking around to check machines, dirty floors, sanitizing jumping area and/or machines.

Didn't get food. But have have had pizza before and it was good. They added a play area again which is nice ! Overall good but always seem to be short staffed

So the day started off pretty good. Got our food , played some games, went to cash out our Tickets and I had some old winner ticket receipts with points on them. I asked if I could cash them in, they said they no longer have that system, but the manager would cash them in for me. So before that, I went ahead and added them up and then took them to the counter, the manager at the time, who would not give me her name and one of the other employees would not give me the manager's name or her own .We had a discrepancy between her counting and my counting, so I asked to see all of my receipts again. The manager then told me she threw them away and she was not going in the garbage to get them even though they were right on top. I told her that she would not have to go through the garbage that I would She refused to give me the garbage can that was under there counter so there was no food in it. I said all I want to do is recount. Because there is a discrepancy of a 100 + points between her counting and mine and I just wanted to recount again. She refused, therefore she said was not going to do anything about it. So I asked for corporates number , and she then went in the back, came back with a number. I called it how convenient it was the wrong number. She then when i was on the phone with guest relations gave me the garbage can. I grabbed all my tickets right off the top, and I didn't have to touch any other garbage. She then proceeded to tell me that she will no longer help me went in the back room Behind the counter behind the wall and never came out again. The other employee who was then on her phone and I have all this on camera refused to even talk to me. I asked her again for her manager's name. Or even her own name once again. She told me flat out no.Cause she then told my kids that she would not help them. And give them anything for their tickets. Idid put a call in the corporate number that the manager had given me. They luckily transferred me to someone else where I had to leave a message and have not heard back. How convenient. And it's not like I had thousands of tickets. I had a total of 643 when the manager counted. I only had 502 tickets. So I was just curious on who counted wrong and she wouldn't even give me the chance to recount them because she once counted them, she threw them away before I could even ask her how many she counted. And it was not like it was busy in there. There was maybe three other parents with maybe two kids each, so there was less than fifteen people that place. Mind you, this is the chuck e cheese on. Westridge road in greece. If I don't hear from corporate soon. I will post the videos that I took even with one of the other employees Bad mouthing me in front of my kids saying that I was causing a ruckus for nothing. I did not raise my voice or anything. I just asked to count my tickets again. The manager did not even have to go through the garbage like I told her I would do it but she wouldn't even give me that chance until the last minute when she did. And instead of doing her manager duties, she proceeded to hide from me instead of taking care of her manager duties. She obviously knew she was in the wrong. When she gave me the wrong number for corporate. So I will look into this even more. And I will be posting the employees names in faces if need be.. So I highly recommend not going to chuck e cheese on.Westridge road in greece.

Pizza expensively trash , never get unlimited for a hr ,the jumping area is 12 $ per kid only 8 kids limited to jump games are trash for kids lol

Workers are too busy ignoring you. Tried to buy stocks for trampoline and got ignored by 3 workers. They rather talk then help. Needs alot of customer service improvement so sad ?
