I was nervous based on reviews but I just had a double kid birthday party here, it was perfect. They were hands off but helped me with everything I needed. All the employees were happy to help. The xl pizza is much bigger than I expected. I ordered 3 for 15 kids and their parents and we had about 1 whole pizza left over. They didnt push us out, in fact we hung around for probably 30 extra minutes and there was no rush. Definitely a good kid birthday place especially with the 99$ deal.

Been going to chukie cheese for over 30 years. Girl at trampoline part was rude. Told my granddaughter she was too big which she had a good 6 inches below the height limit. Even girl at counter where you pay said this girl was like that. There was a party and the boys where throwing a football by the games and almost hit several different people and nothing was done. Ordered a pizza. Alot smaller then I remember it being. Was doughy and they didn't even cut it all the way through. Worst time I have ever had and probably will not go again.
One of my son's favorite places to go where I can sit down a little bit and watch him play as well.

Had my son's birthday there on a weekday. The entire staff was so accommodating! The hostesses name was Nylah(probably spelled wrong). I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was amazing!! The manager (her name started with an M, but that's all I can remember) came out to make sure everything was as good as it could be as well! Chuck E was amazing! The birthday boy got a bit overwhelmed with the loudness and shut down but that didn't stop Chuck E from making the evening special!! It was an unusual birthday party as the only child in our party of 11 was the birthday boy! Thank you all so much!!! Highly recommend!
