I had Ciaccia’s cater a work event today with Boxed lunches to make it easier for those traveling. Boxed lunches isn’t something they typically do, but when I asked if they could, they did not hesitate to say yes!
All I can say is they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! You could see the thought and time that was put into making these lunches and everyone was very impressed! Lots of compliments on the tastiness of the food and presentation of the boxes!
Extremely happy as always with Ciaccia’s and their team! Highly recommend!!!!

Let me say that I absolutely love ciaccias their food and the owner but am highly highly disappointed that you would abruptly leave your dewey Ave location without at least having the decency or respect to tell your long term customers a good bye a heads up a thank you for your years of business would have been great then to leave it the hands of someone that does not give the same attention to quality is a Shame

I absolutely could not wait to get back to Caccias!! My favorite here is the chicken French however it's served on Thursdays so I opted for the chicken and eggplant Parmesan but before I received it, we enjoyed some cheddar broccoli soup that blows anyone else's out of the water. It is definitely homemade and delicious the best l've ever had I had to refrain from drinking it and plenty of broccoli in it (Imagine that). My husband ordered a the italian sandwich along with homage sausage, pasta and beans. His exact words were This is incredibly delicious! The code word here is HOMEMADE.. This is a family owned business and It is like a quality restaurant with a down home atmosphere and food experience. When you enter you are immediately welcomed and you are convinced that your meal was prepared with love cooked with love and served with love. This is a Rochester hidden gem and so glad we found it and are willing to share the discovery 😁

I love Ciaccia's. I've never had bad food there. Today I got an egg salad sandwich, and like a little kid- I got plain. It was seasoned with salt and pepper and it was delicious. The best egg salad I have ever had anywhere.
I always order the lasagna with one meatball, although ALL their items are wonderful, tasty and fresh. These people really care about their customers and it shows. If you want to deal with real people and real food, look no where else.
