Pleasant staff and an excellent chicken salad panini!

This Coffee Connection holds a special place in my heart! The ladies here are super friendly and always willing to help! I used to work in the mall and always came here with my sister on our lunch break, and every time we came, the food was always SO GOOD! Not kidding, this place is really a QUALITY food location and all for a great cause. It isn’t fast food and I encourage everyone who lives in the area to please visit and support this location! If you don’t know what to get, I recommend trying their chicken salad panini (it may have nuts in it) and their chicken pot pie soup! Those are some of my favorites that I get if they have them!

I have to be honest, never got the opportunity to taste the coffee, I'll have a better review next time, when I actually get served, but that's ok, I'll pass.

I love this Coffee spot! The Coffee is the best, though I'm partial to the Blend we created to honor my daughter Emily ❤️.

I wanted to try some new coffee, since I was getting sick of Starbucks and the other chains. So, I googled coffee in the Henrietta area, and was surprised to find that there was a coffee connection in the mall. The lady who served us was very friendly, and full of smiles and enjoyment. The nice thing about coffee connection is that it's connected to the mall, so you can grab it and enjoy what the mall has to offer.

What an awesome thing this is.. awesome ladies, it's now on my map and I'm coming back.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soups, like thick, nutrient-dense minestrone.Parking: Located at a mall, so there is ample free parking.
Pumpkin Curry soup was awesome. The curry extends the pumpkin flavor perfectly! The people were really nice too.

They had a table with coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries set up at Tinker Park during one of the town events. The coffee was great, kids loved the hot chocolate, and the pastries were the star, especially their scones.

As a long-time customer of the South Ave location, I was ecstatic when this location opened in the Starbucks-studded java wasteland that is Henrietta. Great coffee, friendly employees, a wide variety of beans, and a great cause.(Note that my personal preference is for darker roasts. By my measure, this is one of the best coffee places in Rochester.)
