I freaking love coldstone. The selection of flavors and toppings that you can put together. I miss this place in Pittsford but I highly recommend it for some delicious I've cream that is fun to make.

First, they were out of cake batter, then I went to use a bogo coupon and they refused to take it because there is also a Tim Hortons in the building and I didn't get any rewards points. They think Webster might accept Cold Stone rewards but didn't sound too competent about it.

Delicious ice cream. Service was great. Toppings and milkshakes were amazing. Everything was fresh. Great experience.

Their ice cream is delicious. I go there, right now, because Reads, Brewster's, and Colby's aren't open for the season. I googled "ice cream place nearby" and I went to Tim Horton's Creamary. My son has a ritual with me, that after his meal, he gets ice cream. I had to ask the waiter behind the counter to fill the container with less ice cream (my son ate 4 slices of pizza and with ice cream I knew too much wouldn't be good). He's 15 (almost, but still). Her was able to follow my directions beautifully and my son was delighted (he never realized he had been given less!) They do a good job.

Out of most ice cream flavors (had double choc, mint and some vanilla) and all cones (sugar, cake and waffle) and without explanation. Served in various size cups. Went to throw trash out and each trash can was overflowing. Plus, bathroom was dirty and doors/tables needed a good wipe down.

The last time we stopped they were out of many of the flavors including chocolate and coffee so no Choclate Devotion or Coffee Lovers Delight. We left. Today 2/ 11 / 20 they were again out of many flavors, but did have our favorites. We went looking for a table and found none had been cleaned. Got napkins to wipe ours off , but guess we won't be returning.

decent place for ice cream and donuts from tim hortons - shares the same location. kinda pricey on their ice cream but you can get great flavor mixes.

Went in lastnight with my boyfriend and these two guys were beyond rude as well as all the typical flavors were gone but forget about the flavors they were so disrespectful towards my boyfriend and I, talking down to us like we were d*** just bc we didn’t know the difference between the skinny vanilla ice cream .. smh definitely won’t be back
