If I could give their service a 6th star tonight I would. The lettuce was starting to brown- it was late- the girl making my wrap went to the back to get me fresher lettuce even though most people would have eaten it with no problem. Everything those young people did was done with care for the customer- obviously- as it should be- but we all know - often isn't the case. I really appreciated the effort they put in tonight. They went way above and beyond the norm.

1. No veterans discount (really?) 2. They took taxpayer Covid money they were not entitled too. 3. They wear hats but there hair is out of the hat in the front, whats the point of a hat then, it’s supposed to keep your hair from falling in the food. 4. Food is okay. 5. Learn how to clean, your air vents are filthy and the bathrooms were digusting. Doors were filthy. Floors dirty throughout whole place. 6. The citrus press has the coating missing which means it’s going into the food.

When WAS the last time you cleaned your lemonade dispensers? There's actually black mold growing on them today. And they look like theyve never been emptied.
I didn't want to cause a scene so I just left without filling my drink.
And my feet were sticking to the floors as I walked thru the restaurant. It's pretty disgusting.

Addicted to the Flank Steak Salad!! The sweet potaotes are Amazi g! Priced a bit high but you get what you pay for. Also the Greek tacos are something you would never think this place does well...but they do!

I always come here and the food is good! However, today when I went I got the full experience Andy made my bowl and she was so helpful and friendly. Justine cashed me out at the register and they both did a great job at keeping the conversation flowing and friendly. Have been a Core customer from the time the Webster store opened and was a big fan. However, the last few times we have ordered from the Greece location the quality and service seemed different. This last time (09/25/24) was the worst: some of the lettuce was brown on the edges, one of the "to go" bowls had a brown food stain of some kind on the lip, the salads were not mixed together, as requested, and the Naan bread that I paid extra for was not in the bag.
Very disappointing because this was our go to place when time was tight or we just wanted a good salad bowl.
I go in there at least twice a month as it’s one of my favorite restaurants that’s relatively healthy… you can tell management and the individuals that work there take pride in the place and food they prepare. Even when I see unfamiliar new faces, it always seems there is a good culture instilled in the place. Just wanted to say great job and keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Food is hit or miss on quality. Service is generally ok. If ordering online at a prime lunch or dinner time, be prepared to wait an extra 15-30 min after your pick-up time for your order to be ready.

The food is usually very good here. Every so often, the hot meats served are dried out. Probably from holding them hot too long. Some staff are friendly and nice, others are not. The biggest improvement that they could make here is for employees to be more friendly, smile, and be more customer focused. Recommended.

Had an online order placed around 6pm ETA was 632pm. Got here at that time. Only 3 workers there with 4 people waiting. Waited 30 min to get my online order. First time and last time here won’t be coming back. All the staff seemed upset that they had to work and were swearing under there breath. No professional at all. Prefer the downtown location never had an issue there. Food was good as always.

Came in to get a box, and they told me since there oven was broken they couldn’t make sides? So because of this they could not make a box, and I was told there oven was down indefinitely so If you want a box dont come here, also the service was extremely poor and slow I almost got served raw steak, took almost 30 min to get my food and when I got it it came out pretty bad, i definitely would not eat here,
