Went in at 7:40 p.m- they close at 8. I was told they were out of chicken and steak and not willing to make more. The employees were extremely rude and dismissive.
As we were leaving, several other customers walked in and ended up walking right back out, equally frustrated and empty-handed. This isn’t a one-time issue- the exact same thing happened before around 7:30 p.m last month and I decided to give them another chance.
I’ve been a loyal CoreLife customer since the location first opened, but after being treated this way twice, I won’t be back. It’s clear customer service and consistency no longer matter here. You just lost a faithful customer.

Used to be better. Today- Waiting in line for 20 minutes with no movement, no one filling orders, no one acknowledging us. No management. Counters and floors needed to be cleaned. Many of us left today instead of sticking around.

Ignoring customers in the store to only do door dash order after door dash order is insane. 22 minutes with 5 ppl in front of us and we didn't get to order. When we got up there to order just continued making door dash orders. Figure it out and figure out who you should be prioritizing. Horrible management

The staff is extremely unfriendly, one of the young men couldn’t be bothered with smiling or taking any care in his work. I ordered online and it was 20 minutes past my order time that it was ready yet no one was in the restaurant. I got home to my order completely wrong, my naan missing (which was my reward) and I called. I encountered the answering machine and left a message complaining that my order was wrong and to please have a manager contact me. It’s been over 8 days and still no call it contact from anyone. You lost my business!

While the flavor of the bowl I had was good it was quite expensive for 4 small cubes of chicken and a huge bowl of rice noodles.

We ordered for work and it was my first time having it I thought it was great so I placed a pickup order. I've never picked up an order from there before so I walk in I walk straight to the counter and I say hey how's it going I'm here for a pickup order and said my name... the guy doesn't say a word to me just walks over to the order ( which I guess was at the other counter) puts the order on the counter in front of me and doesn't say anything. No greeting no goodbye no have a good day nothing. 👌
Went there years ago and hated it. Too bland. Went there again a couple weeks ago to try it again because someone I know got a job there and wow what a difference. Not sure what they did but the food is pretty awesome. And the worker told me they make everything fresh everyday. Good whole foods ingredients. Highly recommend. Especially their spicy Thai wrap. Big enough for two people.

If I could give their service a 6th star tonight I would. The lettuce was starting to brown- it was late- the girl making my wrap went to the back to get me fresher lettuce even though most people would have eaten it with no problem. Everything those young people did was done with care for the customer- obviously- as it should be- but we all know - often isn't the case. I really appreciated the effort they put in tonight. They went way above and beyond the norm.

Out of bananas got told if I wanted the smoothy with out banana it be extra. What kind of bs is that. How is it gonna be more when you're out of an ingredient.

1. No veterans discount (really?) 2. They took taxpayer Covid money they were not entitled too. 3. They wear hats but there hair is out of the hat in the front, whats the point of a hat then, it’s supposed to keep your hair from falling in the food. 4. Food is okay. 5. Learn how to clean, your air vents are filthy and the bathrooms were digusting. Doors were filthy. Floors dirty throughout whole place. 6. The citrus press has the coating missing which means it’s going into the food.
