In my opinion, Jodi the customer service desk manager needs assistance and further training managing her stress in a high paced environment. She has a short fuse.

Tire center is terrible. I made an appointment for a tired rotation and when i got there the day of, they told me there wasn’t an appointment. Very aggravated and I live 45 min away.

Having been a member for many years, the evolution of Price Club to Costco has been impressive. Comparatively, today’s membership prices are much higher than I consider being a good deal and prices have rapidly sky rocketed esp for health care products and household items such as bedding, towels, as time goes by, I’m finding Walmart items are better priced per item plus, we can order online for pickup or having non perishables shipped for free. At this point, with the exception of certain higher end products, Walmart is a better deal.

Tried calling three times to talk on phone using their menu. No one answered the phone either time. Customer service obviously needs improvement. Or better yet. Try having human beings answer the phone.

Totally disagree with review citing poor location. There is easy access from East Henrietta Road and Westfall Road. Plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many organic and gluten free offerings. Outstanding prices and very high quality. Best gas prices in town. We bought tires there and have free rotation. We LOVE this place. Buy a membership! You'll save money.
