Food was fine. The guy running the register argued with me about climate change, so that was weird lol.

I bought a small amount of meat hot sauce, and took it home. It is absolutely the best meat hot sauce, in Rochester!

The omelette was a bit watery and hash browns soggy. What's not okay is asking for a hash browns to be cooked crispy and being returned with a mini tirade on food service (minus the audible F bomb). Good job guy. Mind you it wasn't busy in the slightest at 8am. You have a nice wait staff but your antics are ridiculous. I voiced this to the waiter and she said that's just how it goes with him. Grow up. We were semi regulars at this point but oh well.

As a family of 4,we ordered breakfast sandwiches @ $5.98 each. We asked our waitress if we could have our eggs scrambled. She said yes. Our dining experience was normal, until our check arrived. What should have been $20-$25 ended up being $51! Our waitress took the liberty of charging us Ala Carte! She NEVER alerted us to the massive up charge! She brushed off the charges and referred us to the manager. He said he would make things right, but we still paid $51! Our waitress can take her tip out of our up charge and we will NEVER return. Lesson learned…beware folks.

I went to breakfast with my family. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches which should have cost $5 each. We asked for scrambled eggs for the sandwich and the waitress said "they don't do it that way but we could make it happen" .Not mentioning changing the price for the sandwiches, as asked. When we got the meals, the bagels were extremely hard to eat which we had to remove the top begal. After we got our bill, it came up to over $50....we noticed they charged us for separate items which came up to over $10 each and not the $5 sandwich which was advertised. It was extremely deceiving. When cashing out, the cashier just agreed something have been said but didn't do anything for the poor service

My first visit was just at opening time (6 am) so nobody else there. Standard dining fare which was just what I was looking for -- breakfast, eggs, pancakes, etc. Met my buddy there and shared a 3-stack of pancakes and the frittata -- perfectly prepared on both. Less than $20 per person including gratuity. Service was excellent! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our running group meets every Saturday morning here. They are always able to arrange tables so that we can sit together. The servers ,usually Karen and Terry, are very polite, extremely accurate, and fast with our orders. We all look forward to our Saturday mornings at the Country Cub Diner.
