Country Sweet Chicken & Ribs

I order the family meal, sides beans and rice, Mac & cheese with French fries. It looked like they opened the can of bean & put it in the rice without warming it at all. The rice smelled like it was in the pot over night . I have never been served something so disgusting in my life. I don’t think anyone should ever eat at this location. They employees are very unprofessional & take no pride in what they do. It was very disappointing because I love the original restaurant on Mt. Hope.

Very unprofessional and rude staff the girl were very young and too immature to be handeling any customer service issues. Rolling eyes, body language, posture etc. The hot sauce was very dark like bbq sauce because according the staff it was overboiled so I asked for them not to give me food with burnt sauce and theu caught am attitude. I've been a customer over 30 years and I know what the food is supposed to look and taste like. Stop hiring these young irresponsible people just to fill up positions, they will be the downfall of your business. I am never coming back.

Ordered over $100 worth of dinners for delivery. Discovered one order was wrong. After a phone call was put on hold twice and told it was my fault with no reconciliation whatsoever. Wil never be ordering again. To bad because this used to be a great Rochester staple.

I placed an online order at 5:10pm for a pick up of 5:45pm. It was 2 chicken tender dinners. Sounds reasonable, right? 35 minutes to make some tenders, fries, a biscut and mac salad.

I guess not. It took them 50 minutes to make the food, 15 minutes past my pick up time. When you order from here, be prepared to wait for your food for longer than you need to. Won't be ordering from here again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a family pack, beans were over cooked and the mac salad was bland. While eating I found a small black rubber band in my chicken. I called back to notify them,was on hold for 5 minutes. I told the young lady what happened, she forwarded me to the manager who wouldn't even take the call on the phone to hear my complaint was just told to either bring it back for a refund or replace chicken as if I would ever eat from here again.

Love it because it is clean and a calm place to eat your food the hemisphere is beautiful here we love it here me and my husband and the cashier she was so wonderful to us and the cook man

Out of thighs at 4 on a Friday? Better check your order before you leave to make sure they got it right. Sides are okay. Corn bread is good if they remember to give it to you. The biscuits could be used as hockey pucks. Love the sauce.

You should get some chicken from PI. Or fry some at home. Because the chicken they sent me was old.

I ordered 20 wings and when I opened them they were some of the biggest I have seen! They were great-thank you so much
