The lady at the front taking your order gave zero advice, seemed like she didn’t even want to be here. Asked for the ramen to be made the traditional way… she just said you have to pick your add ons. The ramen was decent, but not bring home good. Crab Rangoon…. No dipping sauce…. Was not told this. No biggie. Asked for Soy sauce. Gotta pay for that. It was under cooked not even crunchy but the taste was fine. Surprised the water was free…

Sooooo good! We got a few varieties and they were all super delicious! The store itself was very cute and a lot of indoor seating.

Food was incredible. My cashier had a great attitude! Shoutout to the girl that cleaned out the trash can thing.

I ordered Chicken Ramen with Spicy Miso broth and not only did I receive the wrong broth, but toppings were missing from both orders. When I called to have this corrected, I was told I could only get toppings on the side and the right broth — but not a full remake of my order. When I asked for a manager, I was first told the manager was “too busy,” then later told no manager was on duty and that they could not redo my order or give me a refund.

This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen but refusing to fix them or even offer basic customer service is unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Crave again and cannot recommend them to others.

I used to get this when I lived in Rochester and it was great. Come back after a year and it’s very disappointing. Pork is paper thin, mushrooms are not seasoned, egg is not marinated, whole soup was bland, broth watered down. Can’t believe how cheap they got and still charge so much. Is it the tariffs? New owner? It’s too bad how quality goes down like that.

The ramen bowls are amazing in the college town area. Our usual go-tos are the pork w/ pork broth and wavy noodles.

Perfect place for lunch; quick, yummy food and drinks. Easy as fast food, but way better and about the same price.
Some of the menu items may be considered less intuitive to understand but the staff is happy to explain the difference between the options. Order at the counter for takeout or they bring it to your table in the smallish cafe seating. I return often!

Conveniently located Ramen spot, with decent quality food choices.
I had the Miso ramen with chicken & a few other fixings. Would have liked more protein & flavor with less noodles. The pan fried pot stickers were good.

I have been coming here for many years! Today had the worst experience ever! Very racist cashier that refused to allow us to have a seat before ordering because we are of a different ethnicity. Very very disappointed by this terrible experience and racist behaviour…. What a shame to a place I’ve been enjoying the food at since it opened. Never coming back

Wow, what a delicious and elevated, tasty surprise for a small fast fresh place. The ingredients are super fresh, clean, and they put care into their flavors and presentation. We came a few times while visiting Rochester because of their delicious food. Their ube milk tea was the best I’ve had, so flavorful and not overly sweet, and made me come back for more.

For salads, rice bowls, ramen, etc you get to pick your protein, unlimited toppings, type of noodle… all fresh and cooked to perfection.
Shrimp spicy miso wavy noodle ramen - surprisingly delish and cooked just right, shrimp was grilled and had that grilled flavor, cooked just right. Broth was nice and flavorful with the right amount of spice and umami.
Another time, had the chicken over salad greens, and the chicken was SO delicious and tender, just ate that first. All the toppings (like edamame, halved cherry tomatoes, quinoa, avocado, can get them all) were super fresh and yum, especially with the sesame dressing. Everything was just balanced well.
The chicken steamed chicken bun had just the right balance of flavors with the savory chicken and light veggies but with pickled Japanese radish thrown in to balance add lightness and crunch. The pork gyoza, miso ramen, everything was just right and enjoyed by my family. Thank you!
