Amazing food and services. Try the soba and sour & spicy ramen!
Always a good experience here. Food is authentic and portions are big
This restaurant lost a regular customer. I have been to this restaurant numerous times for lunch and spent around $30 for soup, appetizer and a fruit tea. I stopped tipping because they don't offer table service. They just hand your food to you on a cheap plastic cafeteria tray. I also don't like their nasty unfriendly attitude. I didn't appreciate the fact that they put all my food in take out containers because I did not tip. Tipping isn't a requirement. You should earn a tip. And you definitely do not deserve one. I can make my own Ramen for a lot less and not have to deal with bad attitudes from the people that work here. I do not recommend this restaurant.
I tried Crave just two weeks after visiting Japan and I feel very comfortable saying that Crave has the closest to legitimate Japanese ramen. I loved having ramen for lunch while I visited Naha and Tokyo. So finding ramen that was on par with that back home in Rochester was wonderful. My only critique is that the dining space is very noisy even when it's just half full. It's just very echoy. So if you're looking to have a meal and chat, it might be a little challenging. But, the food is fantastic, so I'll be coming back.
Fresh andddd delicious, what more could you ask for?!
Best rice dish! Try the salmon and shrimp
The atmosphere at that restaurant was excellent, but we took our food home. They were very busy and the people there were very nice. The only issue was they forgot to put the eggs on both ramen dishes. I only have food 4 because of the egg
It was overall good 😊 my daughter wanted bubba tea ☕😄 for her birthday 🎂🎈 so that's where we went for it

spicy miso broth didn't taste miso-y until the bottom of the bowl. broth is a bit watery in general and not spicy at all. pork belly was on the leaner and thinner side, which i liked. right level of salt. bamboo shoots cut oddly and chunkily. mushroom topping - raw??? what? green onion was minimal. egg was not a ramen egg. a skimpy half that was a little overcooked. wavy noodles were fine. maybe a bit too large of a serving.

My friend and I ordered something that wasn't ramen, so they took forever making it. They even gave me my food, but apparently lost the rest of the order and didn't make my friend's food until we asked after like 45 minutes.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING BESIDES RAMEN OR YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I seen some worm looking bugs crawling by my table . My boyfriend’s bowl was luke warm. And his noodles were slimy. As if they let the food sit before bringing it out. The tables are extremely sticky. There is hairs in the chairs. The walls have specks from the broth flying. And the young lady with the glasses is just rude. Will not be back. I was better off eating at McDonald’s.

Ordered online, it never arrived and staff was rude and unhelpful.

They refused to give me my money back or get a different entree after they gave me the wrong entree. My food was cold and the cashiers were passive aggressive. I will never return here.

Great food and easy to order. They have water for free which was nice while waiting. Food was amazing and good drinks. Got the pork belly with miso and one with pork bone broth, the broths were amazing.
The only problem is the sticky tables even though it wasn't a humid day, it was uncomfortable to sit at and felt dirty.
