Perfect place for lunch; quick, yummy food and drinks. Easy as fast food, but way better and about the same price. Some of the menu items may be considered less intuitive to understand but the staff is happy to explain the difference between the options. Order at the counter for takeout or they bring it to your table in the smallish cafe seating. I return often!
Conveniently located Ramen spot, with decent quality food choices. I had the Miso ramen with chicken & a few other fixings. Would have liked more protein & flavor with less noodles. The pan fried pot stickers were good.

I have been coming here for many years! Today had the worst experience ever! Very racist cashier that refused to allow us to have a seat before ordering because we are of a different ethnicity. Very very disappointed by this terrible experience and racist behaviour…. What a shame to a place I’ve been enjoying the food at since it opened. Never coming back

Wow, what a delicious and elevated, tasty surprise for a small fast fresh place. The ingredients are super fresh, clean, and they put care into their flavors and presentation. We came a few times while visiting Rochester because of their delicious food. Their ube milk tea was the best I’ve had, so flavorful and not overly sweet, and made me come back for more.
For salads, rice bowls, ramen, etc you get to pick your protein, unlimited toppings, type of noodle… all fresh and cooked to perfection. Shrimp spicy miso wavy noodle ramen - surprisingly delish and cooked just right, shrimp was grilled and had that grilled flavor, cooked just right. Broth was nice and flavorful with the right amount of spice and umami. Another time, had the chicken over salad greens, and the chicken was SO delicious and tender, just ate that first. All the toppings (like edamame, halved cherry tomatoes, quinoa, avocado, can get them all) were super fresh and yum, especially with the sesame dressing. Everything was just balanced well. The chicken steamed chicken bun had just the right balance of flavors with the savory chicken and light veggies but with pickled Japanese radish thrown in to balance add lightness and crunch. The pork gyoza, miso ramen, everything was just right and enjoyed by my family. Thank you!

I really wish I had read the reviews before visiting this place. The food was genuinely unpleasant. It had a slimy texture and did not taste fresh at all.
The service was just as disappointing. The person behind the counter, whether a waiter or cashier, seemed completely indifferent. I could not even bring myself to eat the meal. After one bite, I took it straight back to the counter. The staff did not ask a single question or show any concern.
There is a complete lack of customer service here and the overall experience was terrible. I have visited many ramen restaurants and unfortunately this was by far the worst.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Poor food, poor service and a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
I went to Crave for the first time to pick up an order. It was so easy to order online. The service was fast. They had my order ready and even had my bubble tea in a refrigerator until I got there. Food was delicious. The pork gyoza were yummy and so was the dipping sauce. I got the udon noodles with hibachi shrimp and there were plenty of shrimp and the whole dish was very flavorful. I will return again.

The Ramen is just OK. They serve you a big bowl but skimp on the protein and the toppings. You only get half of an egg and it’s not even seasoned like a real Ramen egg. There are also inconsistencies between each Ramen bowl. My husband and I ordered the same thing, but mine was super spicy in his was sort of bland. I don’t feel like these Ramen bowls should cost $15 per bowl. This is more like a $8 to $10 per bowl Pl.. Especially that there is no actual service and you’re pretty much doing everything yourself, including getting your own water. You could have a much better Ramen at Rock City Ramen.

This restaurant lost a regular customer. I have been to this restaurant numerous times for lunch and spent around $30 for soup, appetizer and a fruit tea. I stopped tipping because they don't offer table service. They just hand your food to you on a cheap plastic cafeteria tray. I also don't like their nasty unfriendly attitude. I didn't appreciate the fact that they put all my food in take out containers because I did not tip. Tipping isn't a requirement. You should earn a tip. And you definitely do not deserve one. I can make my own Ramen for a lot less and not have to deal with bad attitudes from the people that work here. I do not recommend this restaurant.
