Crumbl - Henrietta

Every once in a while, I like to check out the different selections of cookies/cakes they have to offer, but the last time I went, it just wasn’t what I expected! I’ve been there plenty of times, the service was great, but the cookie I got was just too sweet for my liking. I’ve had it before and I don’t remember it being that sweet. The staff is pretty friendly and it’s pretty clean for the most part. Hoping this was just a bad batch :///

Cookies are delicious. Staff mostly ignore you. I ordered at the wrong store and there was nothing staff could do. I called the other store and it took almost a week to get a refund.
