Is this place closed or what!! Made a reservation for this past Friday, got there and it was closed! How rude to keep your website up saying you’re “open closing at 9” and take a reservation and then inconvenience people who got there and then have to find another place to eat! If you’re permanently closed, then post it!! Soooo annoying!!

Had a reservation for 5:15 pm on Saturday, 3/2. Got there right on time and restaurant was closed! I should have received a call or msg. Took awhile to find somewhere that could fit us in.

A group of us went for bfast this morning. We were not impressed. Many food items were not available, our server was nice but definitely overwhelmed. There were members of staff walking around doing nothing. We were informed there was only one cook and there were like 30 customers in there. Management needs to get this under control or they won’t last.Wheelchair accessibility: You definitely need some handicap parking

My wife and I started out with the Calamari and had the Chicken Parm and Chicken French as our main entrees. The waitress attentive, the food came out quickly and the portions were large and tasty. The restaurant has improved quite a bit since they first opened. I'll be back again to try another dish.

Regulars like us love the diverse menu and generous portions. Recently, we hosted a big dinner here; every dish impressed, even accommodating special diets. Service was stellar. Highly recommend this CUCINA 120 for a memorable meal. They've got great gluten-free options and aim to please every guest.

Discovered this CUCINA 120 through social media and was blown away. The bartender's "Dream" was a personalized delight, and the Artichoke French was a revelation. Service by Waitstaff was top-notch, and their updates heightened anticipation. Vegetarian options were well-explained. Parking was convenient. As an Italian food lover, unfortunately this place did not live up to the ratings. Service was good and delivered quick! But the bread was not good, the pasta and sauce was dull, unflavorful, and tasted jarred, and the meatballs were dry and mealy and flavorless.

Just don’t bother.Chicken Alfredo tastes and looked like it was cooked with more lard than anything. There was barely any sauce, and sauce there was looked like hard butter. Chicken French….. I don’t know what to say, but that was not lemon, Sherry, and butter. It had chucks on the spoon.Two of us had Vodka with Ziti & I had mine with shrimp.The shrimp was bad, and I could smell it long before it was placed in front of me.The owner thought that taking $50 off of $178 bill was going to be adequate. NOT when 5 out of 6 people could not eat there meal.Kicker, they decided not to put pasta in there Italian wedding soup. Who does that? They just decided to change the way it’s been for years.NEVER GOING BACK

Not sure what others had but we had 6 people and 5 of us couldn’t eat their food. French was all butter and so was the fettuccine Alfredo. The vodka sauce had so garlic it was gross and shrimp was bad. Only paid for drinks and one meal. Never again.

Not the best place to go to for Italian food. Was just as expensive as other Italian eateries but the portions smaller, the add ons expensive, and the food not anything to write home about. Penne Vodka not really special. The staff is extremely nice, they’re all sweethearts, but everything else is just not really worth it. No hate or anything, just trying to save some folks a few cents.

My experience this past Saturday was horrible. I realize you were short a cook, but come on you could’ve thrown a pan of scrambled eggs and bacon on the table for us. We waited almost 3 hours. Couple cousins, had to go to work and left without eating in the food was hard I ordered the bunny. My English muffin was sopping wet. I asked for it to be burnt and it was sopping wet. No one’s draining the eggs. Sorry, I think I’ll I’ll think twice before returning

This restaurant is fantastic!!! The renovation they did is awesome! Beautiful bar area. They have the best fish fry in town. Ambiance is wonderful. Our server, Rachel, was excellent!!! Very professional and friendly! She was attentive to our needs and gave excellent recommendations. Our food was excellent and I was impressed how quickly it was ready. HUGE piece of fish and large portion of French fries. The desserts are scrumptious !!! Put this on your list of best Italian restaurants in Rochester.

I’ve never experienced such terrible food. We come here at least once a month and the bread is not the same, the pasta dish we had was like soup… this is disgusting I’m so disappointed I really relied on this place to be our new

Regularly come here for breakfast and dinner, stopped in today for dinner and it was not the same at all. The waitress informed us that the chef who’s been here since it opened the first time is no longer here, she mentioned that management was completely gone. It’s very unfortunate that this place can’t keep a steady owner, I don’t see this place lasting with the food that we were served tonight. The worst part was the server didn’t even ask us why we did not finish our dishes.
