I wanted to be intentional and share my experience. I never had a experience where all they ask for is money not even with agreements in place. They rush for a deposit even for units that are occupied. Also the hot water has been a constant concern from people living here. It was not a pleasant experience. They treated me as if i didnt have options or was desperate for a move. They rushed the whole process for a deposit and unit wasn't even available. Wasnt upfront and truthful about rentals . Its overpriced and not worth the money they want you to pay. They rush through renovations the bathroom floor was liftinf they rush through viewing. they rush you into problems. I'm so Glad I was able to do appropriate research on this rental company. I am not in a place where I have to move in a rush however they kept insisting I move in a month early give deposit with out unit or lease available. Reservation fee They kept calling it. Never heard of that and my spirit was being lead otherwise. They charge amenities fee with no amenities . This is good for people who are in desperate need to move quick. Id say go for it. But people who want honest people to work with I say keep looking like I did !

She was super helpful & very time efficient while getting me approved and into the PERFECT apartment for me and my daughter. Exceptional customer service skills & a very welcoming demeanor she has. My elderly father has been forced to live with fruit flys in his apartment for the last 3 months. Management showed up once and poured bleach down the drain. It did nothing. Unfortunately, I can no longer visit my father because every time I go over there I get bit by a hundred fruit fly’s.

aesthetically, the place is beautiful. Great kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The only problem I had with the kitchen was the garbage disposal and maintenance fixed it very quickly. I can also say that management and maintenance are a 10/10 they always help with everything I needed....except for the neighbors above me to which, are extremely loud to the point I can't sleep sometimes. The running, stomping and the booms overhead are just unacceptable and I kid you not, not even 30 mins ago I went to go get my package from the mail box and got chased by the upstairs neighbors dog. Not only can I not renew my lease, I have to break it early and find another place before I lose my job for calling in too much. I contacted management and they said they would handle it but the neighbors don't care so unfortunately I lost money staying here. If you decide to stay here be sure to check and see beforehand that you're getting what you paid for.

Been living at Dixon Manor for almost 2 yrs. The property managers have been great and very accommodating. The maintenance guys are awesome and come right away if there’s any problems. Property is kept up nice and is quiet.

Very nice on the inside and outside . Needs updated bathrooms for the price they want for rent . But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it is MICE INFESTED and they don’t like to do anything about about it so glad I don’t live here anymore .

I enjoy living in Dixon Manor. I’ve been here 8 years now. It’s quiet, well managed, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. If anything needs attention or repair, they attend to it immediately. The people are friendly and the location is near whatever I need to do. It’s a nice place to live.

Dixon Manor is a well maintained and friendly place to live. The management staff is receptive and helpful. The maintenance staff, in particular, is first rate. If you have a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and effectively. They really know what they’re doing and they will resolve any issue immediately. Overall, everyone here is helpful and understanding, and the environment is generally quiet. It’s a fine place to live in a convenient setting, close to all necessary services. I’ve been here 7 years and I’ve been very happy with the experience.

Very beautiful apartments.

I been here for a month now it’s ok love the place I gave it 3 stars because the neighbors are loud one always walking hard that lives upstairs and two the others keep slamming there door really loud by coming in and out of there apartment from walking there dog smh

Food was good. Price much better if you p/u not app.

First time-I would not have picked any stars if it was an option. Hot dogs with everything - no toppings. My cheeseburger subs were awful! The meat was literally crunchy and missing toppings. Called back and was told they didn't have mushrooms and didn't know what kind of hot peppers to use so they just didn't bother adding them...never called to ask. Paid 40 bucks for food that's completely nasty and inedible. I wasn't offered a refund and I paid a 5 dollar delivery fee on top of the amount of the order. I was offered a free hot dog on my next visit. Never again! Don't waste your time or money - too many restaurants out here struggling to support this mess.
