Serving reliably good fast food to Rochester residents for years. The employees have always been polite and friendly. Besides, you can never go wrong with a Blizzard, and if you like a little kick to your burger, I personally recommend the Flamethrower.

The women working were so nice!! My friends came in not knowing anything and Yoyo and Amy were so patient and kind while explaining and recommending everything to us. They are the nicest people ever!!

Dairy Queen #14564 I wanted crispy tacos and my daughter took me to get some thru the drive thru. I must say they were delicious and hot sauce paired well with the tacos. Lady at the window was very pleasant as well. I usually only go for the peanut parfait which is the best as well. But today I only wanted tacos.

I called and experienced fantastic customer service. The Manager on Duty this evening, Nicole, went out of her way to help me when she did not have to. She is representing not only Dairy Queen well but she is showing up for the individuals who own and operate this location where others may not be. I hope this young woman's performance is reviewed and that she is congratulated her on her level of dedication to the brand, and the pride she holds for this company. Had to change my rating. I take my kids every couple months and usually we all love it but this last time it was SO bad. It was empty inside but the tables were dirty with the qr code stickers coming off the tables. Additionally the bun on my burger was so stale I couldn't bite into it in one bite...I had to kind of gnaw so I gave up. Even the ice cream was bad and gritty yet somehow melted as well. And no flipping those blizzards to prove they're thick because all the ice creams (4!) We ordered were watered down/liquid. This used to be a decent spot, if pricey (but worth it). Now I paid $80 for crappy, sub par food.

Ordered chili cheese dog...absolutely horrible. They microwaved it so bun was tough and cheese and chili disgusting. Will stick to ice cream inly

I havent been here in years. I thought I'd take my grandchildren for lunch and knew they'd get icecream with the meal, what's not to love....the food, the service. Fries were mushy and cold, asked for crispy. Both cheeseburgers had lots of ketchup...too much, wiped off w napkin, but rolls were soggy w ketchup still. Staff rude, will not go here again!

LOVE this location and staff so much!!! Shout out to everyone who makes my Royal Oreo blizzard - Kam you’re the best - and the front window girlies!!!! I appreciate you all so much!!! Thank you for always making Linguini - my puppy - feel so special too! Best place for ice cream / soft serve in the area by far!!!!
