Dave & Buster's Rochester

The entire staff was amazing! We celebrated my son's 12th birthday he loves Dave and busters, this is our second celebration here over 12 years. Accommodated our large party and gave us so much space! Great food and drink suggestions! Von is absolutely AMAZING!! One of the best servers in ROCHESTER! The hospitality was incredible. You all made our son's birthday very special. We will be back & we will make sure to ask for Von :)

They accommodated our group of 20+ and the server was great and fast and accurate. Until one young person needed each for his chicken tenders. No lie, it took over 30 minutes for them to bring it. We were told the kitchen had to bring it out and the server couldn't just "go and get it". This was ridiculous. My nephew sat there waiting for 30 minutes, cuz he wouldn't eat the chicken without it and all the kids were done eating and playing games. That "rule" of the kitchen delivering the ranch dressing is insane and needs to be fixed. We talked to the server multiple times and a manager.

Food good. Service great! There was something on the menu for everyone even the picky eaters. The games were so much fun but I have to say I had the best time watching the kids go on that human crane!!!

In-between the great gaming selections, the bartender Juliana kept the great vibes going! It was a great experience for my girlfriend and I.

boyfriend and i came here on our day off, a thursday afternoon, felt like we had the place to ourselves. bartenders were nice, but i’m honestly writing this review to enlighten guests on the connect four hoops arcade game. i could literally play this for hours and even googled how much it costs to own one (it’s a lot). also i was #2 on guitar hero stats for stricken and cliffs of dover. bathrooms were stellar. shoutout juliana for being a sweetheart, you deserve a raise!

Staff was wonderful food was good bbq chicken was a tiny bit dry but overall we had a great time. Bathrooms were clean.

Our server Andrew was great - the food was not. Fortunately I don't have food allergies, but I asked for no cheese on my black bean burger, and my son requested no L/T/O. Both burgers came fully loaded despite our requests. The kids had a great time though.

The location of my table was great and accommodated my group very well. My food was ok. I ordered the chicken cantina nachos, and they were cold when they got to me. I did not complain, as they were still edible and did not want to wait for another batch. I had a cheeseburger for my main couse and that was very good. Our waiter Jose, was excellent and professional. The atmosphere was ok. I would return to Dave & Busters again for a Buffalo Bills game.

Overall was a good time. Some games didn't work properly. Food was good. We were there right at open; however online said open at 10 they didn't open till 11:00 so we ended up having to sit and wait. Food was amazing!!! Our waitress was a little cold but took care of us. Price was fair. Will return.

Jose the waitress was very good excellent customer service no complaints will come to David busters in the future

Our party of 10 adults and children were well accommodated. Server came back multiple times to make sure everyone had what they needed and to check on drink refills. Parties of 8 or more have a mandatory built in tip of 20%. I know that's a common practice nowadays, so just keep that in mind when the bill comes.

Well, while waiting in line at the entrance, I got hit by a chair by one of the workers when they were walking by, that hurt. Decided to stay, after barely an apology. Food, sub standard for the price. My 10 yo son quit eating his chicken and fries less than halfway through, honesty of the young. Games were fun, but on the expensive side. Very, very, loud in there.

Me and my friends had good time there. It was just the employees there that aren't the friendliest.

Service was so so. Our waiter was no where to be found. Took forever to get drinks and our check.
