Jose the waitress was very good excellent customer service no complaints will come to David busters in the future

Our party of 10 adults and children were well accommodated. Server came back multiple times to make sure everyone had what they needed and to check on drink refills. Parties of 8 or more have a mandatory built in tip of 20%. I know that's a common practice nowadays, so just keep that in mind when the bill comes.

Well, while waiting in line at the entrance, I got hit by a chair by one of the workers when they were walking by, that hurt. Decided to stay, after barely an apology. Food, sub standard for the price. My 10 yo son quit eating his chicken and fries less than halfway through, honesty of the young. Games were fun, but on the expensive side. Very, very, loud in there.

Me and my friends had good time there. It was just the employees there that aren't the friendliest.

Service was so so. Our waiter was no where to be found. Took forever to get drinks and our check.

It was our first time there it was a lot of fun we ate dinner and play games it's a good place to take an family too

Was a good experience. The organization can use some work but other then that GREAT FOOD!!! FUN GAMES!! AND GREAT SERVICE!!! loved our waitress

Great place to decompress after a grueling day of adulting. Games fun and challenging. Burger was banging!!

Honestly… pretty tired of these places scamming.
I ordered nachos…. Was served a pile of chips with about 4 pieces of chicken and very very little queso. I was pissed and sent it back. The waitress even said it wasn’t right.
I purchased the “advertised” gold unlimited play card just to find out it doesn’t include all games and you can’t gain more than 1000 tickets a week. What kind of limitations is that on a card that’s meant to be unlimited and in the guest favor. The servers were helpful and understanding of my frustrations.

Spent 1040$ here on my daughters birthday. I had to serve the kids the food myself. Asked for chocolate milk for the birthday girl. Never got it. Had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a knife to cut the cake. Saw my not serving server on her phone. Got yelled at by some lady. Refused to give me a knife. Thanks for nothing I guess?

We had a great time, and our server, Von, was exceptional. He was very attentive and friendly and helped make for a great experience!

Played games with wife and granddaughter. Nice time.

This location is no different from any other Dave & Buster’s. The rating reflects that it’s average, nothing better, nothing worse, and nothing unique.
