Did a birthday party for our 8yr old. He and his friends had a blast. Great package of food, drinks and tokens with a dedicated party server to make sure everything is ok.

I had a fabulous, juicy, bacon-draped cheeseburger and truffle fries with my 22oz Lagunita's IPA. The meal and Service were both really good; we sat in the bar area. If you are a gamer this place is for you, but FAR too noisy for me

Way overpriced food and especially overpriced games nothing to do but arcade games $$$$$$ and not allowed to sit at the couple tables that you can somewhat see your kids from in the game area even tho only 2 tables where being used in the entire building. Idk how they lasted this long

Enjoy the atmosphere and dining in VON the waiter is my fav I ask for him, he's attentive and on point about the menu and checks back with you. Then Brody the manager as well follows up with you about your food etc. I appreciate them both and their service. That's why I keep coming back. ?✊???

Went to play arcade games with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary and we were met with a very friendly and fun girl at the front desk. Hufsa was great! You should give her a raise. She definitely made our experience one to remember.

Our server was externally attentive despite how busy the restaurant was at the time. We never felt like we had to wait long and were checked on regularly for refills and add ons. Big shout out to all of the wait and service staff. You all deserve a raise and extreme respect.

I decided to end my daughters birthday fun day with dinner and games at Dave and Busters. We will start with the table. They put myself , my friend and 4 young girls at a table right by the doors. We spent our entire meal freezing from the cold wind down our backs and within 2 minutes our food was cold. We are sat at this table and within .5 seconds our waiter was asking for our order. I hadn’t even had a chance to pick up the menu. I ordered an app for my friend and I and one for the kids. They were the same appetizer, and were delivered almost 10 minutes apart. While eating my cold dinner, several “large” guests had to walk by our table to leave as we were right by the door and there was no room so they literally walked over my table and our food. Then the workers came and swept garbage all around my table while we are actively eating. At the end of the best birthday dinner ever, I wasn’t even given a receipt , the waiter came over with his machine and announced to the table the total of $132.00 dollars. No discrete handing off the check, an actual announcement. No paper checks but could give me a paper receipt and wanted to stand there and watch me while I figured out his tip. The starting recommended tip amount starts at 18%! I work very very hard for my money and the food and service were not even close to satisfactory. He still got a $20 tip that he most certainly didn’t deserve. We then go to play games. They have a “deal” when you buy more but told me they couldn’t split it between 4 cards. The cheapest package was $25 and I was told it would last 15 minutes by the worker. If the kids wanted about an hour of play time, she suggested $45 cards for each. Mind you these are the same games at many arcades including Laserton and the “prizes “ are cheap little toys. If I bought them it would have been $180 on top of the $150 I spent. So over $300 for awful service, cold food and an hour of cheap games to win cheap prizes. We left without playing and it honestly ruined the end of our great day. We would have had a better experience at McDonalds. I will never again go there or recommend it to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience. We went to the Escape room and Lasertron before we went there and those two places were fantastic by far, and were reasonably priced for the experience . Don’t waste your money or ruin a special event by choosing Dave and Busters!

Went to D&B for a Saturday night family get together and some of us decided to play before we ate so my girlfriend and I went to get a table to eat, we were trying to sit in the booth side of the restaurant, but was placed in the bar side and placed in Brian’s section. Upon first greeting he seemed nice he came up and said he was our server and his name was Brian we got started with drinks my girlfriend ordered an alcoholic drink. He did ask for her ID and upon checking it said that normally they did not take cracked licenses and the crack on hers was literally a minuscule crack on the left right corner he put our drinks in and about five or six minutes later, he came back to the table and asked us what our drink choices were again, and that time he also asked us if we wanted to get an appetizer or order entrées and we went with an order of fried pickles about 10 minutes goes by and still no drinks and another gentleman brought our fried pickles over and about another five or 10 minutes goes by and Rachel. The manager actually came over and introduced herself and asked What we had ordered and I told her we had ordered drinks and we have been waiting about 15 minutes or so and Brian has not brought our drinks back. She apologized and said that they were having some issues with him and got us our drinks brought them over and told us that if we wanted to we don’t have to worry about the bill, just enjoy our drinks and the fried pickles. Brain did come back by the table and realized we had drinks and pickles and walked around other tables and disappeared again. I thanked her very much. We loved her proactive approach and wonderful customer service also for taking care of the situation and for clearing the bill. We had fun and played games which is always a blast only issues were an air hockey table didn’t have a puck and one of the bowling games was stuck
