We finally got to try this place in Florence Kentucky. We've tried a couple of times before, but it was too crowded and the line was too long. My husband and I each ordered the two piece tender basket with fries and we shared a side of mac and cheese. The restaurant was clean and during our visit, I noticed employees coming out to wipe tables, sweep the floor and tidy the place up, which means something to me. I also noticed employees with hair nets and gloves. Another plus....
First time here and I went straight for the extra hot and the reaper. I love spicy and I definitely got what I asked for. Went with my family to try it first the first time. Great experience. The manager came around to our table, noticed my daughter wasn’t enjoying her meal and offered to change it to plain everything free of charge. Great service! Will definitely come again.
