We got the chicken sliders and side of fries. the sauce was amazing. Everything was made perfectly, the perfect amount of seasoning. The spice levels were a little low, and medium spice was more like a mild spice. Only negative is that drinks aren’t included in meal package, and the place was packed, people were parking on the grass, they need a bigger lot.
My husband and I visited with a friend the other day. This place has a cool vibe and atmosphere. The customer service was ok. We both got the tender and slider meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was pretty disappointing. The spice level was good but the texture of the actual chicken was so strange. It was a bit greasy and had a weird dense texture that was very off-putting. The fries were the best part of the meal by far, very crispy and well seasoned.

Atmosphere was cool. Customer service was ok, the chicken was not good. Spices they use were good, but the chicken meat itself was dense and very dry. It didn't feel like I was eating chicken (from a texture and flavor perspective). Fries were great which bumped up my rating to 2 stars. I would say try it once and see what you think.

The reviews on Dave's are true. They serve up a really good chicken sandwich. Many levels of spice are available. I went mild and could have gone gone up a few notches. The slaw, pickels, and Dave sauce were a really good combo. My only knock, we were not given a pager, so we did not know when the food was ready. It was busy, and there was just a little confusion. I was very impressed with the number of workers. Easily 12 people working tonight. The energy was good, everyone seemed happy. There's nothing worse than mad food service workers. The food quality was really good. It's a simple menu, slider sandwiches, or chicken tenders. Also, there is an offering of nuggets and special fries. But the menuel board is tight. Do one thing and do it well. I had a slider and a tender. My wife just had a slider, and with tip, we spent about $30. A little high for fast casual but for good quality it's had to complain too much.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt vibrant, colorful, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient, preparing food promptly and with care.
Now, onto the most important part—the food. I ordered the slider with fries at a medium spice level. I can confidently say this was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had—not just in the fast food category, but overall. The Nashville spices provided a flavorful kick, perfectly complementing the crispy, juicy chicken. The slaw, pickles, and Dave’s sauce were high quality and thoughtfully portioned, resulting in a well-balanced sandwich that wasn’t overly messy.
Surprisingly, I also found the fries to be exceptional. While I’m not typically a fry enthusiast, these were impressively seasoned with a crispy exterior and soft interior.
Overall, Rochester is fortunate to have this establishment. It’s well worth a visit—you won’t be disappointed.
